CONCLUSION
INTRODUCTION
Those who operate in trading and are successful, are not successful by chance. Investing in stocks is a way to make your savings pay off by buying shares in professional companies and businesses and thus create an income stream that will open the door to financial freedom.
This book will walk you through the basics of stock investing and show you how to start making money by trading and investing in stocks. The world of stocks is a seemingly complex and confusing place, but with the right guidance, you'll find it's not as complex as you think.
Equity investing is not just about owning the capital to invest in someone else's business, nor is it a quick and profitable operation, it's about learning to take advantage of your savings and putting them in places where they can generate profits for you.
In this book, I will give you detailed and comprehensive information on some of the best investment approaches to ensure success in stock investing.
Together we will also look at how the masters of the sector move, from Benjamin Graham to Warren Buffet, passing through Phil Fisher, Peter Linch and others.
I will try to make you aware of the online tools that can give you a hand, paid for and otherwise.
But, since the primary goal is to help you grow your wealth, we will also work together on complementary strategies, such as dividends or IPOs, and alternatives, such as building a permanent portfolio that allows you to grow your capital constantly.
Together we will build a sort of work diary which, in addition to allowing you to keep track of your operations, will allow you to understand over time which operations constantly bring you income, and therefore should be developed, and which ones make you lose money, and should therefore be completely avoided!
Above all, it will be important to see how to invest in stocks always with minimal risk.
If you've been wondering how to start generating wealth, now is the time to stop wondering. Read this, book and start your journey to safety and financial freedom.
CHAPTER ONE
WHAT IS STOCK
What Is An Action
When a person owns shares in a company, the individual is called a shareholder and can claim a portion of the company's residual assets and earnings (should the company ever be forced to dissolve). The stock market is made up of stock exchanges where investors can buy and sell individual shares of a company.
Whether as issuers or buyers, in one way or another, shares will directly involve most financial transactions.
In the past, shares were represented on a piece of paper in the form of a certificate. When a person wanted to buy stock, he had to physically visit a broker's office and make the transaction, where he would receive the actual stock certificates. Today, physical stock certificates are rarely seen. Brokers store documents electronically, and an investor just needs to click through online trading platforms to buy stocks.
There are many potential benefits to owning stock or stakes in a company.
In addition to the benefits of owning shares, there are also risks that investors need to consider.
The share does not guarantee either the return of the capital invested or a guaranteed minimum return.
The value of the share, and therefore its return, depend on the fate of the company. The more this goes well, the more its value on the stock market will increase.
The shareholder can lose their entire investment: in the event of a company bankruptcy, shareholders usually lose everything they have invested.
On the other hand, if the company is doing well, the potential gains from shares are infinite. There are some shares that see their value grow by 100% even in a few months.

You can keep the shares for as long as you want, they don't expire. You can, therefore, wait to resell when the share price has risen and you have achieved the desired earnings.
There is no infallible
recipe for earning with shares, this type of investment in any case involves a high degree of risk; therefore choose to invest in stocks only if you are aware of the potential losses, and if you are willing to accept them. Also remember that investing in stocks can take a long time to be profitable.
An important element for investing in stocks is diversification: do not focus on a single stock but choose stocks from different countries and sectors, in order to reduce the overall risks of your portfolio.
Also be careful not to run into the opposite mistake, which is to break up your investments too much. The fees that the bank charges you are likely to become heavy if the investment amount is very limited.
Types of actions
Most companies have only one type of stock (or class of action). The shares are commonly referred to as ordinary shares and will be those with which the company was incorporated. Typical rights that go with common stock (and the rights conferred by the Standard Statute for limited liability companies) are:
Each share gives right, in all circumstances, to one vote. Each share is entitled to an equal dividend. Each share has the right to participate in the distribution resulting from the liquidation of the company.
Some companies may also choose to have two or more different types of shares.
It is relatively easy to create a new share class. In fact, if the shareholders agree, a company can have as many share classes as it wants, each representing a different type of share. The rights accompanying the different share classes, which are at least partly described in the details prescribed for the class, can be anything the shareholders are willing to accept.
Likewise, the rights of shareholders for the different categories of shares need not necessarily be different. Indeed, different share classes may have identical rights to those of other classes.
