Background pattern Description automatically generated with low confidenceThis is a work of fiction. Names, characters, business, events, and incidents are the products of the author's imagination. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental. Again, this is fiction, and we did no digging or metal detecting on Padre Island National Seashore or land bordering the coast near Refugio, Texas.

or Ham Porter as the catcher in Sandlot.

I have been told I would be Chunk, the kid that faked throwing up over the balcony at the picture show in Goonies.
I was special teams, the guy that made the tackle on every punt and kickoff. He was always talking smack.
Lonnie Delaney:

Bill Protte:
Would be the character played by the dog, Barnyard Dawg
in Foghorn Leghorn. Very calm, cool, and dry witted. He was the right tackle on offense and defense, All District. He never left the field his
