INTRODUCTION

Life presents many choices, the choices we make determine our future.

Fishes thrive in water, and sheep survive on pastures, but life is not as simple and easy when it comes to career and professional advancement. On this planet, several people (professionals or not) have first-hand experiences of the power of location. Some who have initially struggled like fishes on the sand have met tremendous success by making that one courageous decision: Immigration!

However, several other career and professional potentials have had their sunset at midday because they relocated. The quest for better opportunities can lead many sheep from the pasture to the desert. But does it have to be so where and when there's a guide?

I'm writing this book because I know the shift that comes with knowledge. King Solomon said, In the multitude of counsel, plans don't fail. Many who failed the relocation test were either ignorant or unlucky. But who says life must be lived on the fragile ferry of luck. Professionals and business potentials should not be left to rut as many more promising and young immigrants continue to do survival jobs longer than envisaged.
