To Paris, one of my three loves
PARIS IS ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA
- AUDREY HEPBURN
PROLOGUE
Self-Image is our self-limiting portable box.
Our world and everything in it reflects our mental attitude toward ourselves.
It's the ultimate internal regulator: whenever the temperature rises above comfort level, it will take us back to base like a thermostat. Self-image is determined by the paradigms that run our life and mind unconsciously.
Unless we resolve our deep-rooted issues, address our core needs and then up-level our self-image, we will reach the temperature
we are comfortable in sooner or later. Then Self-sabotage comes in.
And there we start again.
And sometimes, we cross the line and our moral compass to meet our needs.
