Michael Fitzhugh Bell is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He is a classically trained chef who has worked in Hotels in Austria and has worked in some very well-known restaurants and hotels in America. In the future, the line between human beings and machine will be disappearing. Advancements in biotechnology will allow humans to enhance themselves with cybernetic parts and nootropic drugs.

This line between man and machine is blurred even further when supercomputers with artificial intelligence begin using artificial intelligence algorithms to make decisions for humans.

In this Foreword I have chosen several themes from Hollywood movies and music that have predicted the future in ways that were at their rooted foundation science fiction, but as technology, science, neuroscience, mathematics, physics, medicine and psychology merge together to form the sum of all human knowledge, the world is now seeing many ideas that were originally fantasy evolve into science fact.

There is also the obvious consideration that what we know as a global community is only what the governments of the world are willing to reveal. Certainly, there is an abundance of secret, classified information unavailable and only on a need-to-know basis.

Classified information is abundant and it has been widely reported that the real and utter truth of advanced classified technologies is realistically estimated to be somewhere between seventy to one-hundred plus years ahead of where the world is today as a Global Community with it’s now antiquated and somewhat outdated, limited technologies.

In Hollywood, under the guise of fantasy or science fiction, new technologies are not only being revealed but inspiring and creating new realms of science and physics never before seen.

Here are a few of the ideas being brought forth through the film industry and although strange to many, represent the forefront of Earth’s future. One objective of exposing futuristic technology is so that when it arrives in an official capacity, the General Public will have already accepted and be desensitized to it on an unconscious level.

It’s true that art imitates life and life imitates art, although when introducing biological and psychological weapons technologies, the entire playing field shifts and the goalposts are moved.

Capabilities have now expanded beyond anything mankind has ever seen before. The future looks both bleak, bold and bright simultaneously.

Technologies and ideas for the most part still come from human beings. More and more scientists and physicists are using the influence of artificial intelligence to assist them in inventing new theories, theorems with new laws of physics and science being discovered constantly.

In film we see possibility and development; sometimes the very truth itself cleverly disguised right out in the open, yet unseen by most. The following films and music represent only a fraction of the many movies that were once science fiction and later became science fact.

It isn’t hard to recognize that technology has come to enhance our everyday lives, yet ultimately control our lives as human beings.

The truth is that classified technologies in existence now are already enslaving mankind and stealing the last thing people can truly call their own—their free-will and freedom.

Many films and movies have been released in recent years that try to desensitize the General Public showing advanced weapons, medicine, and technology that is presented as fantasy or science fiction when in reality many of the things we see only in movies, have moved into everyday life.

The short list of movies and music that follows represent only a small fraction of the many of films, television series, and movies that all depict the future of mankind becoming ever dependent upon technology to even further greater science, physics and mathematical breakthroughs.

Terminator 2 – Judgement Day (1991)

This classic film produced and directed by and co-written by James Cameron and William Wisher goes into the future Los Angeles 2029 A.D. In this sequel to the original 1984 film, mankind is surpassed by its artificial intelligence robots and deemed useless thus the need to eradicate human beings in a world now controlled and run by machines.

An advanced Terminator is sent through time- teleportation to destroy the few remaining humans. This T-1000 Terminator Robot is a prototype made up of liquid metal referred to in the film as mimetic polyalloy which allows the Terminator T-1000 to assimilate and take the shape, form and appearance of anything it touches.

This substance may well be a prognostication of what is in the pipeline or may well already exist as classified. Here within this movie we see the realistic eventuality of mankind as it loses control of its technology and the creation takes over its master.

A futuristic version of Frankenstein including time travel. Films like this one are credible forecasting and prophesize mankind’s ultimate failure and extinction.

The other thing that such a film as this one does is desensitizing the very people who will be destined to become victims of a similar if not identical set of circumstances in the near future. If and when these events happen in reality, psychologically, subliminally mankind will have already accepted its own fate.

Bladerunner 2049 (2017)

Screenplay written by Hampton Fancher and Michael Green

Synopsis:

"REPLICANTS are bioengineered humans. Designed by the Tyrell Corporation for use off-world. Their enhanced strength made them slave labor.

After a series of violent rebellions, their manufacture became prohibited and Tyrell Corp went bankrupt.

The collapse of ecosystems in the mid-2020s led to the rise of industrialist Niander Wallace, whose mastery of industrial farming averted famine.

Wallace acquired the remains of Tyrell Corp and created a new line of replicants who obey.

Many older model replicants—nexus 8s with open-ended lifespans survived. They are hunted down and ‘retired.’

Those that hunt them still go by the name Bladerunner."

A film way ahead of its time and the main theme of the destruction of mankind by means of being overtaken by advanced technologies and the evil human beings behind the unthinkable that are pulling all the strings and controlling every mortal earthling.

GHOST IN THE SHELL (2017)

Based on the Comic The Ghost in the Shell

The idea that human beings can be modified, amplified and given artificial structural, physical enhancement is personified within this movie.

LUCY (2014)

Written and Directed by Luc Besson

A fictional synthetic drug called CPH4 allows the user to access 100% of their brain capacity and capability. The drug also allows for enhanced physical and mental abilities far beyond that of ordinary human beings.

LIMITLESS (2011)

Written by Leslie Dixon Based on the Novel The Dark Fields by Alan Glynn.

A fictional drug known as NZT-48, a mind enhancing Nootropic substance which allows the user to have perfect recollection of everything in their entire lives, every memory, experience, feeling, emotion, pain or pleasure. The drug brings extraordinary mental acuteness and exceedingly sharp mental clarity and focus.

This substance essentially allows a human being to access 100% of their brain’s capacity and capability.

Being John Malkovich (1999)

Original screenplay written by Charlie Kaufman and Directed by Spike Jones

An office worker accidentally discovers a tunnel behind a filing cabinet that is a portal that allows a person to enter the actor’s mind for fifteen minutes at a time.

The way that the portal in the movie allows the viewer to enter John Malkovich’s mind in the movie, is believed to be identical to the way that covert surveillance and human experimentation test subjects are seen by their perpetrator control groups.

Conspiracy Theory (1997)

Original screenplay by Brian Helgeland

This film more than any other (to date), demonstrates a story about an actual targeted individual and what that experience is like from the perspective of the victim. Jerry Fletcher (Mel Gibson) is an expert about eccentric government conspiracy theories.

Once his character is captured, drugged and programmed, Fletcher realizes that it’s not a conspiracy theory, but the verified truth. The brainwashing, testing, experimenting and programming Fletcher receives are based on the authentic CIA Mind Control Program, MK-ULTRA.

The original screenplay, written by Brian Helgeland, portrays and apprehends the vicious, brutal and contemptuous world of highly secretive government meddling with an innocent human being’s life and ruthlessly exploiting his mind and body to grueling physical and psychological torture and testing. As a victim of United States Government human experimentation, the author found this film to be a profound echo of his own real-life experiences.

The Truman Show (1998)

Written by Andrew Niccol and Directed by Peter Weir

A man’s every life minute starting from birth, is captured by hidden cameras and his life serves as entertainment for the entire world around him. Betrayed by everyone in his life and now knowing the truth he grapples with confronting it.

I Robot (2004)

Based on the original screenplay written by Jeff Vintar entitled Hardwired, the 2004 film screenplay was written by Jeff Vintar and Akiva Goldsman. The inspiration came from a short story written by Issac Asimov. Directed by Alex Proyas.

The movie takes place in the year 2035 in a world in which Humanoid Robots were created to serve mankind in a variety of ways with artificial intelligence and basic labor assistance.

Prophesy found within music:

I Robot—The Alan Parsons Project

In 1977, Asimov’s Short story also drew the attention of the band The Alan Parson’s Project futuristic album simply entitled, I Robot. Within this musical production, high-concept album the ideas of artificial intelligence and deeply philosophical inner themes exploring the idea of the fall of mankind and the rise of the machine and advanced technology.

The title track, I Robot, is an instrumental piece with a recurring central theme format that develops from a few simple notes then progresses into a celestial grand overture of multi-layered intricate themes with a Gregorian chant-type background that blend together forming a technology-based style sound. The track itself represents a first in many ways and perhaps replicating, if not suggesting what technology and computer systems may sound like to the human ear in the form of music.

Pink Floyd—Animals (1977)

Released in January of 1977, Animals was a concept album that that spotlighted the socio/political conditions within the United Kingdom during the late 1970’s. Using various animals such as pigs, sheep and dogs as metaphors for the general population and the people in high places that control them.

Drawn from George Orwell’s novel, Animal Farm, this album represents the ideological and moral decay of society with a dangling freedom as the elusive goal much like the old carrot and the stick comparison.

These are but a few examples of how technology is both a gift and a terrible Pandora’s Box and myriad of trouble and threat to the human race.

Although they may be fictionalized in books, film and music, in real life these new Nootropic drugs actually exist and have reportedly been linked to enhanced cognitive ability and thinking, focus, motivation and increased levels of productivity across the board.

The shaping of humanity is being accomplished not only through science, but medicine as with the introduction of Nootropic drugs; this represents both physical enhancements such as with nanotechnology biomedical implants, but also drug and substance engineering to expand the psychological realm and conscious limitations of the mind of a human being.

This is also being accomplished through a mixture of integrated classified technologies in conjunction with cutting edge Nootropic drugs and still further classified versions of this new field of pharmaceutical testing, research and development.

An American Human Experimental Test Subject

In this installment of my life as a targeted individual, I will bring the reader up to date with not only my personal account in the format of a continuous journal, I will also incorporate the latest developments of brain science technologies and their impact on the Global Medical Community.

This installment builds on my two previous true story accounts:

The Invisible Crime—Illegal Microchip Implants and Their Use Against Humanity (2012).

The Invisible Crime—Part II A Targeted Individual, Synthetic Telepathy And Global Criminal Biomedical Human Experimentation (2017).

This third book will go even further into exposing the practices of the Global Criminal Cabal network, Secret Societies and the Military Industrial Complex. The focus will also include the implications of artificial intelligence and how it already impacts the world today.

It has been determined by individuals far more knowledgeable than the author, that EVERY child that is born in a hospital in the United States of America (and other countries) is being implanted with an unauthorized, highly illegal covert biomedical device(s) at birth. This is believed to occur within the extremely small window of time during which the child is routinely removed from the mother immediately following birth to be cleaned and wrapped, then returned to the then often exhausted mother and waiting father. This has been given credence to and been estimated to be have started happening as early as the 1960s, although more prominently and widespread during the 1970s right up to currently, today.

As shocking as this disclosure may be to the reader, it’s an absolute indication and confirmation of some, but not all of the capabilities and capacities of what money, power and control can accomplish through immoral and unethical practice by the powers that be.

The crime(s) that I have written about in all three books is vast and spans many decades and generations of followers and discovery. It can be said with a great deal of certainty that there exists enough information on this subject matter of global criminal biomedical human experimentation to fill an entire encyclopedia (or even several) of classified and recently declassified information.

Some of my most trusted and inside source contacts that have unofficially confirmed to me that it has been estimated that well over twenty trillion dollars in United States Government funding has been diverted into these unacknowledged special access programs in one form or another. As staggering as this amount of financial resources is, many believe that it’s only a modest approximation.

Diverted from the military annual budget this number may actually be a modest estimation of the real and hard numbers.

As I have mentioned in previous books, articles and interviews in the past decade, these finances for all special access programs are coming out of taxpayer funding and being used against taxpayers and honest upstanding citizens not only in the United States, but Globally.

I have also taken the liberty of not only including all of my research, development and findings, but I have included my outlook on life through my eyes and observation so that the reader not only understands my work, but me as a targeted individual and person as well.

I need the reader to understand that there are powers that be that have the ability to control the world and those powers now or at least for now, do.

There is always the chance that good will prevail over evil, but this crime I write about is no ordinary evil, it’s concentrated into its most potent format, controlling the masses globally without their knowledge—permission or consent or even the gumption to grasp and fully understand it.

I must at the same time acknowledge the criminal organization(s) behind this crime(s) I have been forced to investigate and expose.

The driving factors behind this crime against humanity begins with the oldest formula in the world, Money, Power, Control.

Money, specifically from taxpayers funds all clandestine classified programs within the Military Industrial Complex.

Power, comes from an abundance of money as it enables all things evil (and good) to be accomplished.

Control is the result of power and endless possibility for abuse of control to fit the ideals of the 1% of the population controlling the 99% of the global population.

These three ingredients infuse together and allow for a terrifying reality to rise to the top.

In this book, I shall only be able to cover some but not all of the numerous ways that technology is assisting the dark side of mankind to flourish invisibly; unbeknownst to nearly all inhabitants of our planet.

The information of this crime could easily fill several sets of encyclopedias dedicated to explaining its vast research and development, that’s how much time, estimated multiple trillions of dollars, tests and studies that have been alleged to be poured into these United States programs, alone.

The crime is also global and it has been suggested that many other countries including China, Russia and Europe are also believed to be involved.

The title in this installment of my ongoing series of exposés, American Cyborg, explains how the United States psychological weapons programs, neurological weapons or unacknowledged special access programs are already hard at work affecting every human being in the world and have been believed to be in existence for nearly one hundred years in their planning and execution.

These classified technologies are widely reported to be somewhere between fifty to seventy years ahead of where we are as a global community. Although these classified technologies have the potential to be used for good, the plausibility for misuse and abuse is undeniable.

It must be stated that people helping people is how every human being learns to survive in this world. Without help from one another there can be no achievement, no accomplishment or meaning to life. Although life can be demanding and overwhelming even tumultuous, it’s important to remember that there will always be a way to strike a balance between that which we can influence and that which will happen independently.

The possibilities of forces of both good and evil appears to exist and cannot be changed; rather likely a law of the universe.

Life and Climbing a Mountain

The readership may recognize in my work the references to climbing a mountain. A mountain is vast, high, wide and dangerous. To climb it will require a masterplan that includes training, acquiring the proper gear, booking a guide, making air travel and accommodation plans. And somehow being able to finance this entire project is daunting.

I compare life to the mountain as an example of how we can only do one thing at a time, step-by-step. One step at a time.

Everyone has their own mountain to climb.

Ideas lead to goals which lead to possibilities which can lead to accomplishments, success and dreams both personally and professionally.

Conception and inception mark the beginning of life much as a mountain climber gets the desire to climb mountains, offer both challenge and opportunity. The potential for catastrophe and danger may not be worth dying for, although might be worth risking dying for.

As one grows and evolves so the planning and preparation begins. Getting into shape and growing stronger is part of the process from child to adult. Trial and experience teach value as planning is increasingly changing and being refined.

The skills one acquires will assist later in the future much as climbing equipment offers a share of the workload. Capabilities continue to expand in extremely small yet measurable spurts of growth.

Being born is the idea of inspiration or planning. Practice prepares for greater challenges along the way. In this sense it is akin to the approach of a mountain. Then the goal comes into glimpse.

In this dramatization of human life, I compare one’s individual journey through life to that of climbing the tallest, highest peak and summit in the world; Mount Everest.

Over time, school and learning also prepare one for the journey. Acquiring skills needed to perform tasks is much like arriving at base camp. Moving forward one acclimatizes and climbs higher.

College and employment prepare for advanced base camp (ABC). Relationships form and break apart as reliability changes and adjust to conditions.

Camp #1 is still near the bottom, not far from advanced base camp, but offers measurement not unlike having a child to care and foster. Beginnings.

Camp #2 would include demands sharing skills and education of the child are necessary to ensure endurance and survival.

Camp #3 marks the point of transition and the mountain’s shoulder. Becoming a grandparent encourages showing confidence and attaining progress.

Camp #4 is still some distance from the peak when life is offering its many possibilities.

The summit confirms achievement yet is only half-way from the roundtrip of getting back down to basecamp and the further descent down on the returning approach.

Seeing one’s Great Grandchildren is much like seeing life repeat itself.

Descent, although quicker is the most dangerous part of mountaineering and comparing it to real life as weariness, exhaustion and weather atmosphere take its toll on the climber.

Making the trek down the mountain of life foreshadows the inevitability as walking side-by-side with death.

Reaching the base of the mountain the goal has been reached and attained. Heading home reflects on leaving this life and onto whatever comes next.

Finally reaching home can be compared to life coming full circle and ready to begin the process and repeat it on into eternity.

Although circumstance and abilities are always different, changing and unique, this example is easy to understand and comprehend for everyone in that respect for life is never easy and anything worthwhile takes time, understanding and patience.

This same philosophy can be applied in discussion and disclosing this crime to the world.

Starting with a premise to the particular is a process of deductive reasoning, while inductive reasoning starts with a conclusion.

The genesis grew out from a desire toward a goal and how to achieve it over time, slowly almost imperceptivity.

The formula is one of the oldest known to man and has been in effect since the dawn of time. Time, energy, planning, execution, endurance, persistence, goal attainment.

This is the basic blueprint to success of any kind anywhere in life and there are no guarantees.

If you want to accomplish something you should aim to try. If you think you can you probably can. If you can you should. If you think you can’t you probably won’t succeed. Setting goals should be an important part of everyday for every person.

I must acknowledge this as I remind the reader of what is both plain to see and invisible simultaneously.

The climbing a mountain metaphor is not new, but it offers a real way to approach life and get the most out of it no matter your strengths and weaknesses, abilities, disabilities, finance, gender, age, race, creed.

The thrill to life is not in getting to the top of the mountain, rather it’s found within the journey itself; perhaps taking pride in a job well done, constantly looking for ways to improve.

Everyone can accomplish anything that they set their mind to and that is a truth that people need to be reminded of each day.

I realized that behind the regular ordinary life there is a second world that includes a dark force that seems to be walking aside with the global community that we all exist in.

It’s a force, powerful, all-knowing, and well funded, with a secret agenda that is literally crushing the soul of America we as a nation once knew. With the recent major events that have happened over the past two decades, it’s more apparent than ever that the United States of America is changing into something far worse than could be imagined.

Americans are a commodity, inventory that the Government exploits, betrays, steals, and kills for the sake of greed and ultimate control in the name of Freedom and National Security.

Often, those closest to the truth die first. Big things have small beginnings.

Hiding beneath the guise of counter-terrorism and wrongful mental health diagnoses lies the reason for funding of non-consensual human research in the United States of America.

Advanced, completely invasive surveillance and human experimentation exists and continues to become more intrusive on the lives of the victims of these crimes.

Multinational Corporations and Universities can receive research funding and grants to develop patents and technology that could have benefits medically for future patients.

However, these technologies are being designed with the sole purpose and intent of experimentation, torture, mind control and to collect that Medical Data so that the future technologies may become more refined, consistent, and accurate.

As evil as the crime I write about is, it does not stop, but instead continues to proliferate and become more omnipotent.

Exposing the patents may not be proof that a technology works and exists, although it does show capability, possibility and in this particular case, probability.

Not long ago, in a galaxy very near, actually here on Earth I was talking with my publisher about how my writing may effect change in the world and finally get noticed by the masses. The response was encouraging: Not if, but when; hopefully within our lifetime. was the response.

I’m far too close to my work and don’t have the experience or knowledge to have ever made such a bold, optimistic forecast. It was a natural and honest reply that motivates and inspires me to continue my work, research and investigative journalism.

The author has been fully implanted with advanced nanotechnology devices and is a victim of Brain Computer Interface (BCI). A highly guarded secret American Test Subject and knows all too well the capabilities of the dark and wicked forces at work.

This fact was proved through verified medical MRI and Ultrasound Images and doctors’ reports in the
