Dr Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury’s response to the Police Complaint filed by the Indian Medical Association (IMA) against him. Herein, he poses seven challenges to IMA:

Challenge 1

In the last 70 years, was the entire IMA, along with its medical fraternity, ever able to completely cure any kidney failure patient? If yes, then let us know who is that patient and how have you cured him? On the other hand, in case you challenge me to provide details of my patients, I can easily share live on camera, a list of at least 100 patients who were on dialysis and were already being treated by IMA. Challenge 2

IMA has claimed for many years that Human Immunodeficiency Virus infection and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome, popularly known as HIV AIDS, is a disease. This fact is duly propagated amongst the public too. Unfortunately, 1 in every 200 persons in India takes your prescribed medicines (ART or the Antiretroviral Therapy) for a disease that does not exist because there is nothing called HIV as a disease. Till date, there is no paper in the medical history that proves that a human body carries HIV, or even that there is a presence of HIV in any human body. I have been already challenging the HIV disease since April 08, 2018 onwards that you can bring me any so-called patient of HIV, extract his blood and put it in my body. If the HIV exists and travels to infect from one body to another, as per your claims, I too should get infected from HIV.

On the other hand, if you ask me live, in front of camera, I can provide you about 1000 patients, who were on medication prescribed by you, but the moment they stopped taking your prescribed drugs, all the symptoms started vanishing. This proves a point that the patient is not sick due to the virus but is sick due to medication.
