Dedication
I dedicate this book to the revelations that God has given to me through the Holy Spirit.
I also wish to dedicate this book to my wife, Carol, who was an inspiration through the course of writing this book and ultimately helped in editing it.
Acknowledgments
I would like to express my deepest thanks to the following people:
First, I would like to bestow my undying (literally) gratitude to my lovely wife, Carol, and our nurse daughter, Lee-Ann Bronikowski, for nursing me back to good health five years ago. My utmost gratitude also goes to my primary care physician, Douglas Spence, MD, my surgeon, Jay Starr, MD, my nephrologist, Jamshid Amanzadeh, and the other members of the medical team. Without all the patience, skill, and tender loving care of all the above, this book would have never been finished.
Thanks go to our computer tech son, Joseph, for all the encouragement, for putting all the fragmented pieces of the manuscript into a manageable file, and then outsourcing it for final typing, editing, and cover illustrations. Joe’s expertise also became invaluable in obtaining the proper copyright and in the marketing of the finished product.
In as much as this has been a Curneal Family Production, I wish to thank our son, Brian, of Fort Worth, Texas, for his assistance and know-how about setting up a proper title page. Also, the wonderful short stories and movie scripts that Brian
