İNTRODUCTİON

Many people are going about their business regularly with persistent struggles without knowing the head and tail of their problems.

Each day comes with its troubles, and as time passes by, we pray to believe God that one-day things will change.

Challenges are inevitable to greatness on every level in life. We are faced with challenges in our day-to-day activities consistently, that demand we fight our way through to the top. Living on earth demands a fight.

As a child, in my little years spent on earth, I have faced many challenges from every angle. I needed to fight hard to overcome.

Just as I thought I had conquered, I face another battle and the subsequent battle as I fight.

Being a young man in school training for an inter-school sports competition few years ago, I had a deadly accident on the football field that almost cost me my life.

The metallic goal post on the school football field fell on me.

I usually do say I died and came back to life as I went completely black out and then came back to life with a cough of blood. Right at that moment, I was battling for my life.

An ambulance carried me to the hospital, and dad informed me I could not make it past midnight.

I had been damaged, with fractured ribs and some organs destroyed.

My dad (May his soul rest in peace), said boldly, I cannot die for some reason.

I could hear the doctors say, and he couldn't make it past midnight. It was at about 6 pm that time.

My dad quickly hired an ambulance and went to the blood bank to buy blood and rush me to one of the major hospitals in Ghana, where he was hoping a great miracle could happen. 

We arrived in the ambulance at the central hospital, and I was left to die, but death was far away from me while I remain in severe pain.

I laid down in the open at the emergency ward till the next day, yet I wasn't attended to; yet a timeline given for my demise had already passed.

Any doctor who picks up my file looks at the reports and the x-rays, and then walks away.

While I was battling for my life with internal bleeding, fractured ribs, and damaged organ, I laid down unattended.

The late afternoon of that faithful day, a group of senior medical doctors, I believe were surgeons, came around, and when they got to me and looked at my file, they said something should be keeping me alive, and they needed to find out.

They quickly prepared me for an experiment as they did not know what they would do.

After several hours of being in the theatre, the fractured ribs got broken, and the damaged organs had spares attached.

They only removed the damaged ones and left the tiny new ones they saw.

Tubes were placed on me to drain the blood, and that is how I got my life back.

I did not spend much time at the hospital as predicted; I recovered speedily within a week.

That is how I have begun to think deeply about my life and why God spared me. I concluded it was for the assignment I am mandated to do on earth per my destiny.

I know I almost lost my life because of the destiny I carry. But, if not for God, that spared me as I battled for my life, this book wouldn't have been born.

The challenges you may be dealing with are not about you; it is about your destiny.

Your destiny demands a fight to climb through the ladder of greatness and manifest your potential. 

As we dive deeply into our subject matter, you will understand why you go through what you go through.

I want to begin to break down our subject matter on this wise.

1.  THE BATTLE

Warfare is an engagement in the activities involved in war or conflict. Warfare is constant battles.

The oxford dictionary defines a battle as a determined effort that someone makes to solve a complex problem or succeed in a difficult situation. 

On every side of our lives, we face the battles of life. The struggles you go through regularly are battles you are fighting. Some consciously and others unconsciously. 

Whatever the case may be, we are in constant challenges in life.  

In the 21 century, the battles we face can either break us or make us. It is a struggle to go to work daily; It’s a struggle to be married, to train up our children to live at peace with all men.

We have to fight consistently every day for our lives. The battles of life are real and un-avoided. Therefore, we need to be prepared in mind, body, and spirit to fight it to the end if we win the battle.

To know how to row correctly, we need to understand the battles we engage over here, and I would reveal the four areas of battle we need to win consistently. I call it the quadruple battle.
