About this ebook
Samantha Michaelson is a young girl who had helped two of her closest friends deal with the fact that their parents had agreed to put them in an arranged marriage. The last thing that she had realized was that she would end up in an arranged marriage of her own because of the gambling that her parents were always doing. When Sam learned that her parents had agreed to an arranged marriage to the son of their new neighbors she had found herself dealing with a few things that she had never really expected. Bianca and Cassius Anderson had been searching for the right woman that would eventually marry their son Vlad and move into the house that they had bought for the time that these things were happening. When Sam had been forced to move in with Vlad she had learned that he had a past with a young vampire hunter named Dean who had been determined to make sure that Vlad and his parents had paid for murdering his parents. Sam would find herself falling in love with this vampire hunter while Vlad had fallen in love with one of the other neighbors. Will Sam and Vlad find happiness with the person that they love or will they be forced to live through a terrible nightmare once this arranged marriage had eventually taken place?

My Arranged Marriage to a Vampire Hunter - Heidi K. Smith
Author's Note
Iknow that it has been quite some time since I have taken the time to write anything that had to do with the series that I have been writing ever since the beginning of September when I had first started getting ideas for the first book that I had spent my time writing. The first book of the series was something that I had honestly believed would be something that would be standing entirely on its own and I would find myself thinking of the different details for a completely different book that I would be writing shortly after it had been published the way that I had hoped that it would be once I had heard about a website called draft2digital that would give me the chance that I had always wanted. I knew that sooner or later I would find myself revisiting the story if I decided that there would be things happening where I would decide to write some kind of sequel to the first book, but I would later find out that this would be something that would be happening faster than I would honestly be expecting. Right from the moment that the first book had been published I had noticed that I was already getting ideas for a book that would later become the second book to the series My Arranged Marriage Chronicles
and both books would eventually take me until the early part of November to have written, edited, and eventually published the way that I had wanted them to be right from the moment that I had first started getting the different ideas for the first book that had been titled My Arranged Marriage to a Vampire
.
During the time that I had been writing the first two books I had not stopped to think about the fact that this would end up being one of those times when the series could go on for almost forever, especially if I kept getting ideas for other books that would become a big part of the series because of the things that Sam and her friends would eventually be dealing with at different times. I knew that each book would have something to do with the different arranged marriages that would take place when it came to Sam and her closest friends, but there would always be some kind of question about how these things were eventually dealt with whenever a character had learned about the different reasons that they had ended up learning about these things from their parents because of the gambling debts and other reasons that their parents might have had during that particular time. In most cases it would seem that the person that was learning about these arranged marriages would turn to Sam in the hopes that she would be able to help them with the things that they were eventually going to be dealing with, and once that happened it would be a question of how Sam would be able to help her friends with everything that had happened during the time that they had learned the truth about all of the things that had taken place on the day that they had learned the truth about their arranged marriage. The one thing that Sam had never realized was that she would find herself dealing with some of the same things as her friends during a time that she was least expecting it. The question was, however, when would these things start happening. I knew that since the first two books had already been written there was no way that Sam would be finding out about these things throughout the entire time that she would have been helping her two friends that were writing
their stories when it came to their arranged marriages, but I knew that the third book could very likely spend time talking about the ways that Sam had become interested in doing some of the things that she had been doing every time that she had been helping her friends deal with some of the nightmarish things that had happened once they had learned the truth about the things that their parents had eventually started doing.
During the time that I was thinking all about the things that would be happening in this book I had started to realize that when it came to everything that Sam and her friends would be going through there would only be certain people that would completely remember everything that had taken place when they had learned about the arranged marriages that they had been placed in after the trouble that their parents had ended up finding themselves in at different times. Even though Sam knew that her closest friends had written about all of the things that they had gone through after they had learned about the things that their parents had agreed to and the reason that these things were taking place and the reason that their parents had never stopped to think about the way that their children would feel knowing that they would no longer have a choice in who they would eventually marry when that time was right. Throughout the entire time that I have been writing this series there were a few things that I had realized would be happening and that had included the fact that Sam would eventually find herself dealing with the same type of arranged marriage that her two best friends had ended up dealing with, but in each case it would be a different supernatural creature. Even though the first two books had something to do with each character finding themselves in an arranged marriage with some kind of creature from the supernatural world (vampires, werewolves, witches, zombies, and ghosts) I knew that in Sam's case things were going to be very different. Even though she would start out being in an arranged marriage with a vampire there would be certain things happening that would lead to someone having to come to Sam's rescue, especially after she would find herself having to move into a house with the guy that her parents would eventually expect her to marry shortly after she had turned sixteen years old.
That is another thing that I feel should be discussed during the time that I have the chance to talk about these things. I know that there are people out there who are going to start wondering exactly why I had decided that the characters should be sixteen years old around the time that they had discovered that their parents had agreed to these arranged marriages. Well the reason for these things is that technically teenagers of that age would need their parents' permission before they had even considered getting married, but this would end up being something that was not as traditional as many people would be led to believe throughout that entire time. Each character would find themselves dealing with different things that would have to do with the supernatural world and it would be up to these characters to figure out how they were going to handle a few of the things that were taking place right from the very beginning. Even though I had started thinking about the different things that each of the characters would find themselves dealing with, there were still certain details that I had found myself thinking about especially when it came to everything that Sam and her friends had been dealing with throughout the different aspects of their lives. Throughout all of these things, however, it would seem that Sam would definitely be the one person that would be in all of the books determining what would be the best way for her to spend her time helping her friends whenever they were dealing with the different times that their parents had been keeping different things a big secret. Sam would know all about the different things that her friends would be dealing with every time that they had called her in the hopes that she would be able to help them escape the terrible things that they had learned from their parents from the moment that their neighbors had started to realize that they could use just about anything to convince Elizabeth and Margaret's parents to agree to these arranged marriages whether it was something that they were able to deal with during that time or not, especially when it came to the dangerous things that would be happening at different times.
No matter what Elizabeth and Margaret had thought that they would be dealing with when they had learned that the guys they were expected to marry would be vampires and werewolves, they had not realized that it would be Sam that would be dealing with a nightmare that was bound to be much worse. I knew that Sam would be finding herself dealing with a vampire as well as dealing with the person that would eventually be hunting down the family that she would find herself being forced to deal with because of everything that her parents had been doing every time that they had been attending the parties that their neighbors had been having when Sam had finally learned the truth about everything that had taken place throughout that entire time. I knew that dealing with the fact that this person would be searching for a family of vampires would be something that would sooner or later lead to Sam developing feelings for this vampire
