Living Overseas Passively 03: Dividend Income: MFI Series1, #115

About this ebook
Moving and living overseas entirely on passive income may be a path many of us decide to pursue. The cost of everything in America is increasing so fast; how can anyone keep up financially?
Today, we will focus on living overseas on dividends. Dividend income is the most passive of all passive income streams. However, it will require the most cash upfront to produce a healthy amount of revenue.
We also need to have a strategy. There are many ways to leverage dividends, and we must learn them—closed-end funds, dividend growth investing, dividend ETFs, preferred shares, and REITs.
We can also sell covered calls to increase our income. With dividends, we have all the options in the world—we need only adequately fund our brokerage accounts. Are you ready to retire overseas on dividend income?
