Ms. Jones was born and raised in Houston, Texas where she lived with both parents and 8 other siblings. Before she started writing children’s books, Amber got a graduate degree in Early Childhood. After that, just to shake things up, she moved to Honolulu, Hawaii where she was an educator and came up with the idea of “When Amy Wishes”. She used her love for children as well as education to fuel her fun, whimsical, and educational book series. Amber is represented by Author House.
