Sky Daddy - Jason Voss
I would like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the land where these words have been written.
I would like to acknowledge the Woi-Wurrung and Boon-Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation.
Also acknowledging the Nuoenonne people of the island state of the Lutruwita, where I grew up and have spent a lot of my life.
I would like to pay my respects to all First nations people that have come before us and that will come after us. I want to thank the Traditional Custodians for caring for this Country for generations.
It is important understand that to this day, the land in which I and others conduct themselves is land that was stolen from all Indigenous people and that sovereignty was never ceded.
This continent always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
