    My name is Sophie Manik. I am a young professional with a bachelors of science in English Literature and Special Education. I teach Special Education and have a passion for addressing issues surrounding neurodiversity. I aim to promote acceptance and self-advocacy.

    This work is dedicated to shedding light on mental health issues — focused on how we can use mindfulness to grow as people and become stronger. We can accept and validate our own emotions, channeling them into a healthy outlet — turning something difficult into something empowering and even beautiful.
