A decade before Candidate Donald Trump announced his newly acquired obsession with building a wall on the US-Mexico border, investigative journalist Juan B. Botero denounced Colorado Congressman Tom Tancredo to the House Ethics Committee because of his bizarre obsession with building a wall “paid for by the Mexican government.” In the summer of 2006, he warned members of Congress and Colorado voters that if Tancredo’s localization of World War II German-Italian fascism into American politics wasn’t derailed, it would trigger a national crisis in a decade. In spite of severe childhood traumas involving Mexicans, the self-appointed Chairman of the Immigration Reform Caucus refused to recuse himself from shaping US immigration policy and the Ethics Committee did nothing. In June of 2015, Donald Trump announced his Presidential ambitions channeling Tancredo’s anger issues by denigrating Sephardic Jews (Hispanics / Latinos) as “murderers” and “rapists” in hardline, offensive tones. Tancredo’s poisonous mix of vendetta against Mexicans eventually spread from Congress to the Executive Branch through Steve Bannon and Stephen Miller as the moral blueprint for the Trump Administration.

Lethal Injustice exposes the corrupt Americanized fascism that hijacked the Party of Lincoln in 2015, atrocities against immigrants by white-supremacist vigilantes on the US-Mexico border, and the unprecedented friendliness of conservative anti-immigrant influencers towards Russia. After 6 years of studying Trump’s astonishing deference towards Vladimir Putin, the shocking conclusion is that he married not one but two honeytraps loyal to Eastern European intelligence: agent of influence Ivana Zelníková Trump from Czechoslovakia and agent of influence Melania Knavs Trump from Slovenia. Trump’s marriage to Melania Knavs was the result of a highly sophisticated kompromat operation set up by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Upon taking the Oath of Office on January 20th of 2017, Donald Trump committed treason by aiding, abetting and advancing a Russian-owned honeytrap to the rank of First Lady of the United States. Unlike her Red Sparrow comrades Anna Chapman Kushchyenko and Maria Valeryevna Butina, Melania Knavs remains at large as the most beautiful, dangerous and strategically placed human intelligence (HUMINT) asset of the former KGB and the greatest failure of American intelligence.

The perspective presented in Part II and the training that allowed me to understand what happened to Donald Trump and his family would not have been possible without the inspiration of the late General Ramón Eduardo Niebles Uscátegui, Commander of the Batallón de Infantería Miguel Antonio Caro (MAC) during my military service in Colombia. His personal integrity, exemplary leadership, deep understanding of national security and friendship left an indelible mark upon my worldview. I will always be thankful for his vote of confidence that my work would make a difference in the defense of democracy.

Finally, I wish to acknowledge the spirit of Dulcinea for her inspiration and leadership. Had she not validated my fight against the fascist insanity in Congress, it’s doubtful this report would have made it to completion. Even though this report focuses on two deeply troubling subject matters, the very darkness behind the fascist Republican nightmare and the sexpionage that compromised the Trump Administration is what will bring a new chapter of restoration and renewed purpose for America.

Part I encapsulates 18 years of research on the Republican-styled fascism that engulfed the Trump White House, providing a solution to the present political crisis. The resulting evidence recommends the criminal prosecution of Donald Trump and his family for Aiding and Abetting Domestic Terrorism and fascism. The forces behind the damage being inflicted upon our democracy are thoroughly corrupt and the crimes inspired by their genre are horrific. Crucial evidence justifies a criminal investigation by international authorities of the extrajudicial killings of immigrants by white-supremacist vigilantes who felt validated, empowered and protected by the rhetoric of the Trump Administration. And history has proven consistently that those who dare resurrect the ancient dragons of anti-Semitism to channel them through unjust immigration policies against the Jews inevitably see their actions fail. The neo-Nazis surrounding President Trump who believed America would be exempt from the consequences that devastated prior superpowers that also conspired to persecute the Jews must now pay for their treason.

Part II summarizes 5 years of research into the incredible social advancement of Melania Knavs, a communist ex-prostitute from Slovenia, former FLOTUS and unregistered foreign agent of influence. Melania Knavs was trafficked to sexually addicted Donald Trump by soulmates Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell as part of a honeytrap operation gathering kompromat on American VIPs, working in conjunction with Russian and Slovenian intelligence services. These findings are based on open-source intelligence (OSINT) and on the author’s experience with counter-terrorism assignments during the Cold War. The author’s findings justify a criminal investigation of President Trump for at least 10 instances of violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) passed by Congress in 1938 for raising, aiding and abetting a family of unregistered foreign agents.

This report is formatted as a framework for a collaborative process in response to the author’s limited access to information available exclusively to intelligence and law enforcement personnel. Limitations also came into play when conducting research with forensics experts, morgues, and coroner’s offices bound by legal and ethical guidelines. The author is confident that with the appropriate guardrails, additional evidence submitted by experts will further corroborate these findings.

The author invites families of victims of domestic terrorism, the victims of vigilante violence and subject-matter experts to present evidence relevant to this report. Dear Judge Khan,

My name is Juan B. Botero, I’m an independent journalist who has been working nationwide as a certified interpreter in EOIR courts for the past 3 years in order to finalize my research on the corruption of the US immigration system, a project that I started in 2002. I’m respectfully submitting this report as a citizen concerned about the unconstitutional policies of our immigration courts. My report calls for a full investigation of the history that has led to our failed court system to have its present design. And even though I’m also alerting Congress and the Supreme Court, please know that you are the primary recipient of my report.

First, I’d like to draw your attention to the immigration legacy of former Congressman Tom Tancredo, Chairman of the Immigration Reform Caucus from 1999 to 2007. Because of his personal issues with Mexicans and Muslims, he never should have been entrusted with this position. Furthermore, his thirst for vendetta has been augmented by distortions from eugenics-based think-tanks like Numbers USA, VDARE, the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) and the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) among others. Second, his worldview is a plagiarized German-Italian fascism from the 1930s mixed with his legacy from Tancred the Great, the Crusader who persecuted Muslims and Jews in Europe and the Middle East. He fans the flames of ideologues in the Justice Department who discredited your predecessor Judge Ashley Tabaddor in 2014 because of her Iranian roots. He is the intellectual author of President Trump’s Muslim ban and the reason why he also smeared US District Judge Gonzalo Curiel in June of 2016 because of his Mexican roots.

The lack of independence of the judiciary in immigration courts is proven by judges who have the US Attorney General as a boss who sets deportation quotas and impossible timelines to process deportation cases. This rush to judgment does not exist in any other court system and is the essence of Tancredo’s unconstitutional legacy. Hopefully, you are also aware of the parallels between the Trump genre and the political style of German-Italian fascism, similarities that set off alarms among Holocaust experts worldwide. My report proves that these parallels aren’t coincidence but the actual operating system. The concept of children being systematically traumatized, families dispersed to concentration camps in remote areas and extra-judicial killings to defend the Motherland stem from a race-based worldview we have seen before. Furthermore, Melania Trump violated our immigration laws to work as a high-end prostitute, certainly a crime involving moral turpitude (CIMT). To be clear, she is violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act passed by Congress to protect America from espionage. I hope you’ll appreciate the hypocrisy of the Trump First Family living in the American White House as unregistered agents while hard-working migrant families were systematically destroyed by Nazi-styled policies for civil offenses far less egregious than domestic terrorism, espionage, sex trafficking and treason.

I hope that with the enclosed evidence it will finally be possible to stop the madness of today’s unconstitutional deportation machine until we have humane, comprehensive immigration reform.

FOREWORD

Part I focuses on the enormous damage that a single individual can inflict upon an entire ethnic group by manipulating patriotic and religious sentiment, one of the basic elements of fascism. It explains how a genre consisting of a translation, adaptation and localization of German-Italian fascism into modern American politics successfully penetrated and corrupted the Republican Party at the highest levels and the reason why it hasn’t been denounced until now. And even though the answer is obvious, this report will also explain once again why someone with unresolved issues stemming from traumatic childhood experiences involving Mexicans should never have been allowed by Congress to shape immigration laws impacting Mexican families nationwide. This is a double standard that Congress has yet to rectify. Multiple warnings about Congressman Tancredo’s conflicts of interest regarding Mexicans were communicated to the House Ethics Committee in 2006 to no avail. INTRODUCTION

My first encounter with the godfather of Donald Trump’s immigration nightmare occurred when I worked as Director of Strategic Outreach for US Senator Wayne Allard in 2002. As a recent arrival to Colorado, I had decided to do some networking by volunteering as the interpreter for Governor Bill Owens during a business trip to Mexico in 2001. I enjoyed an all-expenses-paid trip while supporting bilateral negotiations on technology, law enforcement, immigration, energy, and international trade as part of the Governor’s inner circle. Shortly after the trip a friend of Governor Owens suggested that I call the legendary Dick Wadhams who at the time was ramping up the 2002 reelection campaign for Senator Allard. He told me that he needed help with Hispanic voters and from what I knew about the Senator’s policy initiatives I assured him that I could help. We then had lunch with Senior Campaign Advisor Walt Klein and Senator Allard who in spite of my status as a campaign rookie decided to offer me the job. Things ran smoothly for most of the year as we promoted the Senator’s policy initiatives on education, housing taxes and immigration. The affable former veterinarian had been a successful, low-key moderate who supported many legislative efforts giving immigrants greater access to housing and education opportunities and as far as I was concerned it was a pleasant task to promote a true ambassador of the American Dream.

Things were running smoothly for most of the year until all hell broke loose on August 11th when the Denver Post ran a front-page story about a model student named Jesús Apodaca who had been brought across the border by his parents as a child. With exquisite political timing, the Post published his wondering out loud if he could attend college as an undocumented immigrant, a fair question by a promising student. The report triggered the Chairman of the Immigration Reform Caucus, Colorado Congressman Tom Tancredo, who went ballistic and began pressuring what was the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) at the time to deport the entire Apodaca family back to Mexico. To the delight of the Denver Post staff, they had successfully riled up Tancredo and nothing screamed Republican immigration schizophrenia more loudly than his spectacular outburst against a model student. We suddenly found ourselves on the defensive answering questions about Tancredo’s xenophobic outburst while we defended Senator Allard’s record as an immigration moderate. On cue, the Tom Strickland Campaign exploited the story to discredit Senator Allard’s record among Hispanic voters and even though we distanced the Senator from the bad boy of Republican politics the damage was done. According to post-election analysis, Senator Allard won his reelection by a slim margin of Hispanic votes, and even though I was proud that my outreach efforts had played a key role within a successful campaign formula, the margin of Hispanic voters could have been much higher had Tancredo not destroyed a model immigrant family with such vitriol.

As the incident unfolded, I didn’t give much thought to a reflex reaction of deciding to get to the bottom of Tancredo’s conduct. My reaction came from a combination of my natural curiosity, my background in investigative journalism and my counterintelligence training during my service in the Army. I never could have imagined the impact it was going to have upon my life or how relevant this search would become to the future of American politics 15 years later. The publication of this report is the culmination of the 18 years of research that followed this flash decision. In spite of all the setbacks it has caused me since 2002, the conclusions are clear and other than wishing I had received more support to break the story sooner, I have no regrets.

After the Apodaca attack by Congressman Tancredo, I began to process comments from various Colorado Republicans about Tancredo being a loose cannon. They coincided with comments from Mexican-American families who sensed that his attacks were actually personal. I have always believed that Government was established to help people, not crush them, and to have witnessed the Chairman of the Immigration Reform Caucus destroy a productive immigrant family and doing so in a fit of rage was simply insane. After Election Day, I received a nice letter from Senator Allard quoting President Theodore Roosevelt about the man in the arena and thanking me for my efforts. His reelection switched control of the US Senate to the GOP and so I became the go-to-guy in Colorado for mobilizing Hispanic voters. As I transitioned back to consulting in the private sector, I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Carmen Ortega, my counterpart at the Strickland campaign. Even though our clients had been vigorous opponents, Carmen and I had always remained cordial. She wanted to discuss work, so we met at a Starbucks in Englewood. Among the several topics that we covered she confided that she had switched parties, part of a nationwide trend among Latinos that we had both witnessed during the campaign. I put her in touch with several business leaders whom I knew would be interested in her skills and she agreed to follow up. I then told her about my research into why Tancredo had gone ballistic on Jesús Apodaca and even though she didn’t know the answer at the time she told me that she would put out some feelers. The Apodaca incident had been a nightmare, and along with many who witnessed the incident, we were left wondering why the Chairman of the Immigration Reform Caucus in Congress displayed so much hatred against Mexicans.
