      The January 6, 2021 siege on our nation’s capital by dozens of people present at the riot were later found to be listed in the FBI's Terrorist Screening Database, most as suspected white supremacists. Members of the anti- government paramilitary Oath Keepers and neo-fascist Proud Boys groups were indicted on conspiracy charges for allegedly staging planned missions in the Capitol.

      Isn’t a resigned president a private citizen? Or does that mean he gets a free pass because he is a private citizen under the constitution, and cannot be impeached? January 6, 2021 was an attack on our national government, not just a State government and congress should have had the ability to prosecute the offenders. Is an instigation of insurrection against our nations warrant criminal charges even of a private citizen by congress? Or is a declaration of war the only remedy in the constitution from only attacks by other nations or an instigation by an individual?
