D&A Investigations, Inc. opened an investigation in August 2016 after HRC had told MSM the Russian Intelligence broke into the DNC and stole e-mails.

Her Campaign Manager Robbie Mook told MSM Russian Intelligence conspired with WikiLeaks to steal her e-mails and released them to embarrass her and to help Donald J. Trump.

At the time of both statements President Obama and Vice President Biden were laundering money to pay Political Operatives to steal the Election, and if HRC lost they would overthrow the Presidency.

OBC increased the use of Paper Ballots on Demand for the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election under an illusion of Ballot Security.

After HRC lost the 2016 Election, she claimed to care deeply about values and institutions by referring to President Donald J. Trump as an illegitimate and corrupt President.

She discussed parallels between herself and First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt, especially her reaction to the extramarital affair President Franklin D. Roosevelt had in the White House.

HRC did not discuss the parallels between President Roosevelt and his 1943 Joint Collusion Agreement weaponized by his successor in 1947 to steal the Election and her 2016 Russian Collusion Narrative.

For the 2018 U.S. Mid-Terms OBC increased Mail-in Paper Ballots on Demand. The Covid Collusion Narrative was used to justify increasing Mail-in Paper Ballots for the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election.

The CCP invested $600 million into the supplier of Paper Ballots on Demand and controlled the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election and 2021 Georgia Senate Election.

Russian Collusion Narrative

The Russian Collusion Narrative was created in 1943 by President Franklin D. Roosevelt, Joseph P. Kennedy, Sr. (U.S. Ambassador to Great Britain) and Phil Graham (Owner of the WaPo).

President Roosevelt, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill and Russian General Secretary Joseph Stalin (The Big Three) created the first Russian Collusion Narratives to publish propaganda about each other.

It was used to conceal their plan to end World War II by using the world’s first Nuclear Bomb on Germany.

Albert Einstein had urged President Roosevelt to create the world’s first Nuclear Bomb before Germany could create one to use against the Allied Forces in Europe: U.S., UK, & Russia.

The Big Three entered into their Joint Collusion Agreement at their secret meeting in Iran aka the Tehran Conference.

28 November 1943. The Big Three met to develop their plan. At the conclusion of the Conference, they had agreed:

Yugoslavia would be supported.

Turkey would join the war by the end of the year.

If Bulgaria attacked Turkey, Russia would defend Turkey.

An invasion of France would begin on 6 June 1944.

The U.S., UK and Russia agreed to publish propaganda against each other to confuse the enemy.
