About this ebook

Grace is bored at home when she receives a surprise visit from Henry, a Crocodile who likes top-hats and looking to spend the afternoon with someone. With her mum's permission, she invites him inside and the fun begins.

After disturbing Mum and Mrs Oggleberry whilst playing pirates, they are sent to the back garden where Grace discovers Henry's a superb goalkeeper.

Henry agrees to teach her how to stop the school's top footballer, Sebastian Strike, from scoring (even if she doesn't have a tail) and their friendship begins.

Author

Iain Rigby

Iain Rigby, author of Frogs Don’t Quack and Mobile Whale loves writing children’s books, which is a good job as he is terrible at solving fractions or anything with a strange sign written by aliens. Sticky out ears were a problem when he was younger, but as a teenager he grew his hair long to hide his Elvish heritage. He also writes non-fiction, and lives in the UK with his wife, two daughters and dog, Bailey, who stars in his own book and has become a bit of a diva. He says a cup of tea and a slice of Victoria sponge cake solve almost any problem – except fractions!
