    A girl, exceedingly attractive, stroked the Manhattan policeman’s horse, said “He is so handsome.”
    The officer said, “Yes he is and gentle. His name is Hunk. How would you like to take a ride with me on my horse?”
    She, “Really?”
    He, “Really.”
    “I have never been on a horse; how will I get on Hunk?”
    “First, you do not ‘get’ on a horse, you mount it, and I will help you.”
    She wondered; the word ‘mount’ usually applied to something else and asked, “Nothing improper I hope?”
    “Of course not. You have to mount on its left side. Put your left foot in the stirrup, standup and swing your right leg over the blanket and sit down.”
    Well, that does not appear to be improper, good. I’m wearing a skirt. You won’t look, will you?”
    “Are you kidding, I’m standing where I’ll have the best view.”
    “Well, don’t expect too much.” Swung her leg up and over the horse.
    He saw a flash of something chartreuse.
