About this ebook
This raw, emotional, but ultimately inspirational memoir is Annick Lebenns' story. As a child in Africa she was broken from the inside out. I was born in Africa. My father and mother worked hard to provide for our family while civil war and epidemic diseases ravaged my country. I have endured many hardships and situations that could have turned out differently if it hadn't been for the favor and grace of God. My name is Annick Lebenns. Burundi is my home-where, no matter what people go through, we always have big smiles on our faces.
