7 Planets, 70 Million Years.

Chapter 1. 99.9 Percent

In the more distant future, Humans achieved impossible God like level of progress, near speed of light travel, telepathy, fast instant genetic modifications. But there was a greater God threading to wipe them all out - known as RA or Sun. The star was getting hotter and bigger each earth year.

Mars was no longer an option. Mars should have been the greatest inhabited planet of the solar system. Red planet should have been between 1.5 and two times Earth’s mass. Instead, it weighs in at a mere 10 percent of Earth mass. Billions of years ago, when forming, Mars disc’s gravity pulled the proto-planets’ rocks of rotation in one direction, but the gravity from huge Jupiter came from the opposite direction, making Mars 20 times smaller than it should have formed.

Now, that biggest planet came back to finish off its smaller brother. It hurled one of its 80 moon into the red planet. When two of Gas Giant moons collided, one of them was ejected and its chunk hit Mars from the direction opposite to newly build Elon Musk city. The Mars quake shock waves converged from the opposite side and huge several miles high mountain emerged on the spot where the first and the largest human outpost was once stood.

By that time, earth Artificial Intelligence tracked all comets and diverted all dangerous asteroids from Earth, Moon and Mars. It predicted two Jupiter's moon collision as well, and calculated that with 99.9% chance all pieces of two colliding moons will fall back on Jupiter
