"Dolls" is the story of a young girl, Ashley, as she struggles to cope with the loss of her mom and her dad can't seem to get through to her. She sleeps into the night as the storm grows stronger until a thud from across her room is heard. Terror seeps into her mind as she faces the swirling darkness without the guidance of her mother for the first time.

"Umbral Passion" follows Cassandra, a successful saleswoman with all the looks and charms, but even that never stops her from being used by men she gave her all to. She finds a new lover, Marcus, and everything seems to be going smoothly until it crashes out of nowhere. Tired of the pain she's endured for years, Cassandra dives into the darker workings of her heart to win her love back, at all costs.

The sun crept through the blinds of the hotel room, bringing enough light to pull Alex from his sleep. He turned over in his bed, but to no avail. He was awake. Alex groaned as he slouched himself up, hunched over with his face in his hands. He looked over at the bottle of Jameson on the nightstand next to his bed. It was empty along with the bottle of Xanax.

Damn, said Alex, rubbing his head. He massaged his eyes open and looked around. What the hell happened last night?
