He gleaned valuable training from Thom Rainer, Tom Bandy, Dan Reiland, and John C. Maxwell. He has served as senior pastor of growing churches in three different states and earned Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate of Ministry degrees. He served as pastor of discipleship and care in his most recent position. Barry lives in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
