    Humble Start

I don’t think it’s a good idea. Sau said to his older brother.

    Oh come on. Why not?

Dude, that face paint makes you look like a clown.

Well, I need to hide my identity. And no way in hell am I wearing a mask. Raymundo washed his face then walked to the living room.

Don’t mock the mask. It makes me look official. And besides, you won’t have time to paint your face when a threat appears.

Alright. So what should I do? And if you bring up the mask, this conversation’s done with. Sau thought hard for a few moments.

Ok, I have no ideas. Hey man, I have a question. Go for it. Sau exhaled then looked up.

Do you think I’ll find my soulmate?

Everyone has a soulmate Sau. It’s important that you don’t try to find her. Let her come naturally. A brief pause fell between the two. And besides, you’re only seventeen. You have your whole life ahead of you. Just a few months ago you saved Hawaii. Sau remembered the long battle he had with White-Cell.

You’re right. You know I just want someone to love in that way. You know?

Speaking of love, I got a date with a lovely woman tonight. Sau was oblivious to the fancy clothes and new cologne his brother was putting on as they talked. Don’t wait up kid.

Wait. Raymundo turned as he reached the door. Is she haole? They both stared each other down until one gave in.

Yes Sau. Her name is Beth. She is haole.

Oh. Well as long as she feels right to you, it’s all good. Sau stammered. Ray nodded and left the house. Wish I could go out on dates instead of being in the house on a friday night.

How is my brother doing? Red-Cell asked a seeker.

He’s recovered on his body, but he’s still in suspended animation. Red-Cell shook his head in disgust.

That Lightning Striker. I can’t wait to get my hands on him.

Sir, you can’t kill him. That’s not the plan, yet. He paced the dark room.

Well how do I capture him? When will he pop out next?

Sir, your brother had a strategic plan to lure Lightning Striker out. It worked every time. All you do is commit a huge disturbance in the city, he’ll be there in a matter of minutes. This caused Red-Cell to smile. Something he rarely did.

I’ll try it that way. He opened the door and walked out onto the balcony. Lightning Striker, mark my words. I will make you suffer.

    Disturbing Meet

Sau woke up smelling breakfast being made. Something that hasn’t happened since he had his powers. Hurrying to the kitchen, he saw his brother at the stove cooking sausages and bacon.

Morning bro, you woke up just in time. Raymundo put the food onto two separate plates.

What made you so happy this morning? Sau sat at the small table in the cramped dining room.

What? I can’t be happy? I can’t just make food for my brother? Sau stared as he watched Ray happily eating his food.

Spill it Ray. I know something made you happy. You haven’t been like this in a while. Sau bit off a piece of the sausage waiting for an answer.

Alright. Beth and I have been tight you know? We’ve been real close. Spending a lot of time together.

    Stop beating around the bush.

Alright. We’re talking about getting married. Sau dropped his bacon. Hoping he didn’t hear what he just did.

    Married?

Yeah, nothing is official. It’s just up for discussion.

This is crazy. You can’t do this. Does she even know your Thundero? Or that I’m Lightning Striker?

    No.

"Then how could you talk about something as serious as marriage? What if she already knows and she’s a
