It felt like I didn’t matter. I isolated myself starting at the age of twelve. I (metaphorically speaking) entered an imaginary world! I started watching many television shows. Who would’ve known I would create this HUGE world! Every new place I visit inspires me to feel new and released from my childhood. DESTINED JOURNEY!

    QUICK FLASHBACK!

    SATURDAY, MARCH 4TH 2107

    AROUND 11:30 A.M. (EARTH TIME)

    Planet Earth, Cattesulby Woods

BEAST-CHRISTEN. You all had fun, and now it’s my turn!

In time, the boy comes running like a cheetah. He had enough energy to summon his fighter cat-lings to assist. They quickly attack Asarios one by one, slapping at him almost like baby kittens playing with yarn. The scene is quite bizarre.

Thanks to the distraction they can breathe again.

Asarios tries to move away, but Beast-Christen swiftly calls the fighter cats back into his body and attacks the wizard head-on.

BEAST-CHRISTEN. Voice loud, healthy, and confident. This next move is for controlling my mind!!

ASARIOS. Not fazed by the attacks. You lot still think you can win…? He smirks and tightens his grip on him.

Zanari fears what he might do to the human. He quickly stands and launches forward, only to fall on his face. He’s exhausted. The rest of the team surround Asarios in a circle and wait for his next move.

ASARIOS. Enough!!!! He choked, releasing Christen and allowing him to move away from him. I’m going to end you all! Right here, Right now. He closes his eyes and mumbles a spell.

Two pre-teen girls fling themselves out of a tree, and they’re en route to land attacks. Donny and Saber notice the two girls.

SABER. Voice loud. NOT YOU TWO!!!!

    DONNY. Quick thinking. RESMEND QUIPISTORAH!

No one else noticed Kase and Zoey. Donny immediately froze their pending attacks on Asarios and transported them to safety on the ground nearby.

XANPO. His eyes grow wide, and he turns to everyone. RUNNNNNNNNNN!!!!! He yelled.

But before they had the chance to react, Asarios had created a magical spear of energy from within himself, and just when he opened his eyes and screamed using strong lung power, everything from the forest to the cosmos went blindingly bright.

    **********

    SATURDAY, MARCH 4TH 2107

    In a dark place...

    Cryptic...

So little visible light traveling within the surface, as echoes of faint cries, hike all around the depth of space.

A fuzzy dimension from afar exists through a space between the two universes. It’s something no human had discovered yet.

Getting nearer from its horizon could only mean one thing; it’s a feeling of playing tug of war from the center of it. But don’t get your hopes too high; the unknown energy force would eventually win and pull you inside, no matter how buff or large you are. The gravity is too strong that a living organism won’t get out even if they wanted to. The place is like an eating monster of matter – Valdesmon Dimension.

The energy from the inside is supreme; it slowly engulfs the body until it crawls and binds it entirely all over, resulting in captives, wrapping them whole until they are wholly consumed and run out of consciousness.

No, they’re not dead yet. The bodies are floating in a void, still alive and well. They’re in a sleeping state, breathing but barely moving in a very long slumber that could never be awakened by a shake nor a kiss.

The time inside the dimension is almost non-existent. Weather is not even a thing. Everything is constant, especially the roundness of dark. No matter how the planets revolve around the sun, no matter how many asteroids crash to each other, all is well and the same inside.

A speckle of light shines through, and you can see a glimpse of the captives for a few seconds.

Two grown men, ten teens, and three Vexion creatures have been floating mindlessly and motionless all this time. It’s been so long since they last opened their eyes and moved just because they wanted to. Their crystallized bodies prevent them from aging nor breaking.

In a world without time but full of uncertainty, no one could tell what exactly happened to them.

It continued like this for a few months. Only the surrounding particles outside this dark dimension are moving and changing, not until one day – when a flashing blue light from inside dispatches. It was too sudden. As soon it appeared, the faster it disappeared. It’s not like anything anyone would ever see – the magnificent chrome blue in color.

No remnants remained after that. The bodies disappeared along with the light.

It transported each one of them to different parts of Earth. Underwater? Between the mountains? Under the valleys?

    WEDNESDAY, MAY 10, 2107

    9:54 P.M.

    Isolated Dimension, Planet Earth.

The bodies appeared out of nowhere.

They were awakened by their own will as soon as the crystallized coating melted around them.

    Valdesmon Dimension

The parallel dimension, now seemingly empty yet still cold inside, circles freely through. It proposed no threat whatsoever. It stays stagnant and out of reach for humans. It lingered on like that for a couple of months. Alone, dark, and shallow.

    TITUS CANYON, WESTERN NEVADA

    10:48 P.M.

It’s a peaceful night in the rocky mountains to the west of Nevada. Five young heroes, including two Vexion creatures, have fallen near the canyon. They landed hard at the very top of the gorge.

Saber is the first to stand, as she massages her sore muscles and stretches. She stares up, witnessing how the moon is shining over the vast molds of the scenery before them.

SABER. Where are we? She’s looking all around her. A canyon on the moon?

No one was sure. Now all are awake and sitting on the hard ground, trying to remember the past few months.

Where were they? They cannot seem to remember what happened after Asarios sent a spear of magical energy bursting their way back in March.

It’s pitch black all around; only small glimmers of stars from above lights their vision.

    Something felt strange.

Saber, the fourteen-year-old former HighTech City JSD junior soldier, still felt sore. It wasn’t because of the fall. It was a different kind of ache. It’s as if she had not used her muscles for a few months or maybe longer. She is not the only one confused. Because of this, she looked around for evidence. A clue?

She doesn’t know what she’s looking for, but she carries on.

Meanwhile, at an unknown, undisclosed facility, a commander-in-charge is on the watch inside a room filled with computers of different sizes and flat-screens all around him. One of his subordinates, operators, picked up a signal near the state of Nevada.

Five abnormal frequencies were showing on the screen.

Without another heartbeat wasted, he spoke to the operator.

UNNAMED COMMANDER. Voice strong and deep. Send the Flame out!

UNNAMED OPERATOR. A– Are you sure, sir? The chip in place isn’t fully capable of controlling Da–

UNNAMED COMMANDER. His eyes are leering to the monitors above his head. The chips’ modifications will hold long enough to subdue the cross-humans – Enough to bring them in and put them in cages. He looks to his left for a short time. Are you questioning me? He raised a brow.

Soon enough, in another room, smoke leaves the human-sized capsule and fills the room after the commanding officer verbally gave the command for the lid to be opened.

A vast bodybuilder sized man stepped out. Loud footsteps were heard throughout the room, accompanied by crackling knuckles and gritted teeth.

DARKSTRAS. He moves into the light with a stone-cold expression, looking into a computer screen that barely shows the commander’s face. What is it?

UNNAMED COMMANDER. Your duty is to capture every one of them—Stand-by for teleportation.

Without another second wasted, the mind-controlled Darkstras disappears in a flash.

UNNAMED COMMANDER. The injection of the drug will remain in effect for twenty-four hours. More than enough time to finish this job.

UNNAMED OPERATOR. Yes, sir. Full control over Flame. I prefer that new name.

UNNAMED COMMANDER. Whatever pleases you, Dex. Your superior at Salmante Corp informed me of your work. I doubt you’ll fail my mission.

Meanwhile, the night surprisingly deepens. One of the creatures, Pichuel, brought up the time gap between the encounter with the wizard Asarios back in March to the present. He has to be still out there somewhere. He had to of spelled all of them and sent them to a place where they couldn’t retain any of their memories.

The discussion carries on until a ball of fire suddenly blew past the two young ladies, Zoey and Namina.

It was Flame. He had touched down to the surface and is ready to eliminate them all.

Zoey managed to tackle Namina out of the way just before the fire hit. Saber stood up straight, facing the man. He looks abnormal to her but recognizable. She could smell a fight about to break out.

    SABER. What do you want?!

She questions the man as Namina, the twin to a half wizard, cowers behind Zoey.

Zoey is making her way closer to Saber, dragging Namina with her. She’s holding on tight to the back of her shirt. Zoey, a fashionista, knows martial arts and is a current JSD junior soldier in-training. Currently, she’s under suspension, along with her best friend at HTC.

    Silence.

    Flame didn’t respond.

His orders were clear. Capture everyone here, and that’s what he’s going to do.

He watched the two girls, glaring him down with malice in their eyes.

The staredown is causing him to twitch a little. Why? It’s pathetic. He could finish them in one blow.

Flame creates a ball of fire from his fists, casually discharging it in towards them.

    The three tenses up.

SABER. It’s just a little fire. I can quickly charge through it. She thought.

When she was about to run through, the ball expands in a blink of an eye. Much larger than a boulder, it became an outrageous hot orb of magma.

ZOEY. Duck!! She yelled, tackling her to the ground, and Namina fell with them.

All three girls were squeezing their eyes close. Saber can only hear the explosion and feel the slight earthquake coming from the ground.

Pichuel is the quickest to react, running to where the girls are located. His eyes flickered to look at the stranger. He was about to pick them up and run away when Saber recovered and started to charge again to the guy.

It’s the worst-case scenario! They can’t deal with Flame right now.

PICHUEL. Saber, wait!! He shouted, calling out to her.

SABER. Don’t worry. I’m wearing my special suit, remember! Nothing could go– Excitedly exclaims as she halts. Huh?! No.

Fear struck her. She was so proud she didn’t even notice Flame was advancing to her. She ended up choking into her own words as Flame is now holding her neck and squeezing tight. She tries to struggle, but he’s too strong.

Flame sends his flamin’ fists and punches her in the stomach. Saber doubles in pain as she tries to breathe in some fresh air. It was enough to slowly make it difficult for her to grab her consciousness back. Flame could only sigh, holding her recklessly by the head. He disposes of her body out of his way, throwing it high in the air.

Everyone’s petrified for a second as Saber’s body smashes near a boulder. It could’ve been gruesome.

Pichuel picks himself up, sending green shock-waves at the man.

Namina crawls over to NikoLee, who’s whimpering twenty steps away from the fight. Pichuel watched and dropped his arms. He couldn’t let anyone get hurt.

PICHUEL. Stay with NikoLee. Zoey and I will handle this.

The eleven-year-old girl smiles in triumph, standing alongside Pichuel as Namina carries NikoLee out of the picture.

    They shouldn’t look back.

PICHUEL. Finally. Laying eyes on Flame. I can stretch my currents. Grins, letting yellow electric streaks of green run over his body to the very end of his pointer finger. Ready when you are.

ZOEY. Let’s finish this quickly and then retrieve Saber.

PICHUEL. Roger that. Eyes start glowing along with his whole body.

After exactly three seconds, he started shooting small beams around. Flame dodges and deflects them with his firepower so smoothly that he looks like a dancing ballerina in no distress. Pichuel starts firing twisted currents, eventually a few strikes Flame. He couldn’t dodge in time.

ZOEY. Sprinting to the fight. Yo! I’m charging in. Make sure you don’t fry me alive!

She dashed into Flame when he avoided a few of Pichuel’s sizzling green marbles of electric currents. She threw a punch into his gut and jumped back. Flame backed away, grabbing his mid-section. He senses Pichuel’s attacks and dodges every single one of them – or at least tried to.

Zoey had to avoid being hit by the wild electric currents too. She barely rolled away to the left before moving to the right, successfully avoiding being barbequed.

As if she hasn’t even started, she got to her feet quickly and made to do a flip backward to regain her footing for what was yet to come.

ZOEY. Panting. I need to get closer to inflict damage. She shouts to the creature. Deflect those fire things for me!! She demanded.

The man is a magic type. He can’t be that good at hand-to-hand combat, too. She hopes her assumption is right. She doesn’t have much choice right now.

With Pichuel’s electricity power, now resembling an eight-limbed octopus, she managed to get closer to the villain.

Flame was slightly pushed back, catching his breath after getting electrocuted.

There’s no time to recover; Zoey is already there to attack.

A punch. Deflected. A jab. Dodged. A high kick somersault?

NAMINA. Shouts. NikoLee! Watch out!! She launched forward and grabbed hold of the small creature before he got far.

Zoey’s doing great! But, Flame countered in, waving a large blue flame before crouching and sweeping her off her feet. Flame lifted the girl then smashed her to the ground. He lifted her again and smashed her down.

Flame’s physique is something to be afraid of as well. Pichuel tried to aim for his head, but he was too fast. With another swift move, he threw the barely conscious Zoey at Pichuel.

The two of them toppled on the ground together before receiving countless burning rocks launched their way, not even getting a chance to recover from the fall. Countless ‘Kabooms!’ was given. There’s no way one could survive that merciless attack.

Three soldiers appeared out of thin air and went after Saber, Zoey, and Pichuel.

FLAME. Now, it’s time for those two. You all thought you could run away from me. The man strolled to the girl and small creature. He threw a fireball from his hand right at them.

Elsewhere, Xanpo sensed grave danger near. He worries and hurried to the place where he felt the distress.

The moon still shines above—the perfect atmosphere for a smooth killing criminal in this particular welcoming scene.

The fireball burned the spot where Namina and NikoLee were. Both had been blown away from each other. A soldier ran up and grabbed the small unconscious blue creature.

Now. Only innocent Namina was left. She was crawling on her hands and knees, trying to get away before Flame could get to her.

NAMINA. Coughing. No. Why do you want me? I – I want my mommy. Sobs.

The girl couldn’t stop choking from the smoke. The villain reached her and went to tighten his grip around her small neck.

    A new person appears!

XANPO. Ahem. He cleared his throat. Who do you think you are?

This girl and Flame both eyed this newcomer. The girl saw him before, though she just passed out.

XANPO. Ha! Darkstras. Team KyrosDoom has not disbanded after all I see. Shakes his head.

FLAME. What – Are you talking about?

XANPO. Doesn’t matter. Worry no more! He announces enthusiastically. He snapped two of his fingers together and dashed right to the cross-human thug.

To test the waters, he first went for a simple yet hard enough punch. Flame sensed that this warrior is in a higher league than the three he just beat.

Flame drops the girl to block the next fast attack with his right arm.

The encounter felt nothing to the two of them, but it might be classified as a great earthquake for an average person! The land beneath them crumbled from the force that both of them emit.

Namina was out, passed out on the ground. Xanpo could very much keep up with Flame. Where was he before?

Soon enough, Flame couldn’t follow the movements. It’s like different flashes of momentary light and gushes of force are everywhere. Blow to blow; he felt his body taking hits that he couldn’t counter.

There was only one thing to do—a retreat.

Flame’s body disappeared in a flash.

Xanpo stopped moving so quick, sped to the unconscious girl, and dashed away on foot using the extreme speed move called, Sprint-Speed.

NAMINA. She woke up in the man’s arms as he was speedrunning. Where – Where is he taking me?

It didn’t matter at the time because she’s safe.

But, what happened to the others?

Young Namina sighed absentmindedly. She frowns, laying her head on the man’s shoulder.

The man didn’t reply. He’s running to a safe place under the moonlit sky.

    ALVORD DESERT, OREGON

    10:48 P.M.

The desert will always be the same old grained sands with a gush of winds from here and there. Same ancient and bare boring desert, aye?

Suddenly, a blinding white light comes out of nowhere. In the middle of the forest, three bodies drop out of thin air.

What just happened doesn’t wake them, unfortunately. They’re not injured, due to the crystallized state dissolving from their bodies upon impact. They slept for hours that night, waking up by the sweltering heat in the morning.

    THURSDAY, MAY 11, 2107

    ALVORD DESERT, OREGON

    07:42 A.M.

ZANARI. Feeling the heat beating down on his flesh. OW! What in the hell? Groans as he rubs his head.

After yawning and doing a few stretches, he looks around the area.

There’s nothing else to see but a few colored camels and some cactus in the distance.

Where was he? He didn’t remember needing nor wanting to go to a place like the desert.

NIARA. Why is it so hot here? My hair will dry! Her small voice from nearby complains.

The young girl cuts away at his jumbled thoughts. The voice sounded somewhat familiar, so he made his way towards the direction.

He’s looking up over at a petite teenager with blue streaks in her clothes and strands of dirty brunette hair. She’s lying there hopelessly, showcasing her pale skin color under the sun.

ZANARI. Yo! Do you need help– Are you stuck there or what?

NIARA. Opens her eyes to look back at him; she sighs and rolls her eyes. Ugh. I can’t deal with you right now, Zan. Silent for a few seconds. Do you not know how much it takes a girl to fix her hair? She complained before murmuring a spell under her breath.

A quick wind seemingly starts going around the two in a fast whipped motion. The girl floats within a blink of an eye, stepping into the sand upright with another wink.

    NIARA. Snickers. Amazing, huh?

ZANARI. Smiles and shrugs. We don’t have time for this. I need answers. We don’t know where we are or what happened after that wizard made himself explode with the blinking ball of white light-emitting from him back in March. He stated firmly.

NIARA. Oh, I remember you now. Of course! Where are the others– Why is it just you and me here? Do you believe that they were all killed and we’re the only ones that survived? She asked rhetorically.

She doesn’t expect him to know. He always looked more buff over brains to her.

NIARA. Hears running in the distance and looks to her left. Hold that thought. I see Crebeon on his way to us.

    ZANARI. Crebeon?

NIARA. A Vexion creature who made friends with the others. I wonder did he see NikoLee. She kneeled to the sand and opened her arms wide to welcome the four-legged animal. Crebeon! I missed you too. Have you seen the others?

    ZANARI. Scoffs. That’s an Eonoin.

NIARA. This free-spirited girl glared at him as if throwing sharp daggers. Be nice, or I’ll make you his dinner for tonight. She innocently threatens.

The guy raised his hands in surrender. The least that they needed right now is to get into an argument.

After the short reunion, the two had no choice. The two are in the middle of nowhere, and survivability is the first thing that should be on their minds. Little did they know, they were already under surveillance by an unknown group. The people tracked them as soon as the light erupted and spewed onto them at their current location. They had no idea they were being watched. They were way too preoccupied.

A few minutes later, they managed to figure things out slightly with the girl’s spell. The trio was able to track direction to an oasis. They could stop there for a second and figure things out better.

It was decided. Prince Zanari transformed into a werewolf-like creature, turning himself bigger and bolder so that they could ride on top of him and travel faster. The transformation this time felt stable. He felt in control. Hopefully, the oasis will be there, or else they’ll be at the edge of the cliff upon arrival.

It’s been an hour traveling to this so-called sanctuary, and still nothing. Are this girl’s spells acting up? There isn’t time for spell-casting foolery. They had to find their friends.

ZANARI. Are you sure it’s there? So far, we’ve seen no hint of water.

NIARA. Why would you even question my magic? She huffs as she was so confident with herself as she crosses her arms over her chest. I was trained Kaklista by Itisa.

ZANARI. Well, I don’t know. Growls and feels strange all of a sudden. He was ready to claw her head as his nails grew longer by the second. Luckily, he was able to knock some sense to himself. The man gulps, feeling his hands tremble in pain.

It’s been a few hours under extreme heat, without food and water. It’s even a miracle Prince Zanari could still linger in his form and remain in control over his inner beast for so long. Indeed, his fatigue self is stressing his inner hybrid self to show. But no, he had to suck it up. He won’t control himself as soon as he lets go of the temptation, even just for a blink of the eye.

Sweating, he tries to nictitate away his pulsating eyes by biting his tongue to cancel and avoid letting out a snarl. He doesn’t have it in him to let this burden the youngster even more. Let her focus on tracking this oasis.

After another hour, he successfully soothes the monster within him and fell asleep while doing so. It took everything in him not to call unto the beast when his state is already pushed into the corner, eating all of his energy up.

So, let him do so. The hybrid man would’ve had his long slumber to recharge when a loud gunshot was fired. Before the teenage girl could even comprehend what was happening, Beast-Zanari suddenly dropped to the ground, tossing the two off his back and away before returning to his original human form.

CREBEON. Holy shit!! He groaned as he’s thrown to the other side. That freaking hurt. Poor reaction timing? If I were huge, I wouldn’t have been too dramatic—curse this puppy dog size.

NIARA. Look out!! She screams in horror as blazing fireballs popped from above. They’re bound to go down! She quickly ducked, hugging injured Crebeon close to her.

The dust swirls around them, and she could only think of one spell. She was so confused at the given moment. She casts a spell for a small shield to surround herself.

Why are they being attacked now? And by who?

NIARA. Hey?! Can you hear me– Where are you? W– We need to go! She speaks out, choking upon the dirty smoggy atmosphere.

The girl tries to stand up as she squints to search over yonder for the Prince through the thickening wind.

ZANARI. I– I am here. Barely replied, grabbing the girl’s ankle, which made her shriek. He stood up, clenching his jaw. Let’s go!

    NIARA. You scared m–

ZANARI. No time. He cuts her off, now flashing his grayish blank eyes.

The ability of his inner wolf is helping him see clear through the fog.

ZANARI. Shit. He let something slip. Keep that barrier up for a few more minutes.

NIARA. Why?! She gulped, having a bad feeling. I– I guess. She answered, cuddling Creb close to her.

The man warned, scooping her off her feet. With that, he sprints before she could even protest. He borrowed the speed of his inner beast – Sprint-Speed.

ZANARI. Ten percent of this power, just ten percent, and I’ll be OK. He thought.

This power increase results in a little boost, but still, the unseen, camouflage enemies were somehow keeping up.

ZANARI. Twenty percent? He thought. Okay. I’ll consider unleashing more.

The Prince’s speed is now incomparable, but he could still hear them, soft sounds somewhere nearby.

Was it thirty of them? Could he let go of himself for that long? But his boots are already coming off piece-by-piece, as well as his grasp on reality.

NIARA. They’re still there. Hurry!! Silent for a few seconds, eyeing her surroundings. W– Wait! Something is coming in front of us. Can you hear me? Turn! She yelped in urgency. She couldn’t cast a flying spell.

If she does, the barrier will disappear. She couldn’t cast two spells at the same time, and it’s not like she’s a fast spell-caster.

    He stopped running.

NIARA. Hey. What is happening– Why are you not moving anymore? Were you shot?! Asked worriedly.

A series of questions escape her as the enemies slowly catch up to the given gap before them, following the wholesome fireballs and streams of flames aiming in their direction.

She doesn’t think she still has it in her to hold this barrier on. She helplessly continued, trying to knock some sense into the wolf guy but not knowing what he is fighting inside.

She resorted to kicking him or slapping him out of his daze for dear life, but still nothing.

    Crebeon growls.

The girl has no choice. The spell-caster dispels the barrier, so she could chant something to save them.

    It happened so fast.

Before she knew it, she’s back on the ground, unable to move, eyes slowly falling.

NIARA. Cre – beon. Za – nari. She loses consciousness.

Strange men in camouflaged gear approached the three and shot more tranquilizers to immobilize them for transport fully.

    Valdesmon Dimension

The parallel dimension, empty yet still cold inside, circles freely through. It proposes no threat, staying stagnant and out of reach for humans and other creatures in Namorant and Isolated dimensions.
