TO MY FATHER, JOSEPH, A brilliant mind … a brilliant mystic, whose relentless desire to overcome his struggles has inspired me to take on life’s challenges with a stronghold of survival and grit. My father was an unusual genius, musician, athlete, scientist, artist, poet, and renaissance man but never got a chance to fulfill his dreams and destiny. Instead, his karmic path made him play the toughest role to repay the karmic debts of our family saga with determination and strength. Having died without knowing the magnitude of his work, his only legacy lies in his beautiful poetry that he wrote over his difficult life; it expressed the beauty of his soul and the brilliance of his spirit.

And to my brother John, who unabashedly manages to take on the role of my big little brother. He has always set the example for the life best lived. CHAPTER 1

Embarking on Your Jedi Path

AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT, WE can look around and see chaos and impending doom. What we usually forget is that we can also see all of it as being a part of the process of growth. Here’s the truth of the matter: most of us are walking around just trying to figure out how to stay alive on earth without harm, and most us can’t even make that work. Why? The fundamental purpose of the soul is to grow and expand, but if we all just keep growing and expanding without a direction of where we want to be at the end of the story, the universe will continue to explode into a greater orderly chaos than it already is. Our unifying direction then is our own personal growth. If we understand life in this way, we know exactly why Stars Wars has captured the imagination of the world for more than five decades. We are all Jedi in training, capable of wielding powerful forces of light and guarding our galaxy against the forces of lower vibrations. To grow into this power, we must look within ourselves and cultivate love. The new science of enlightenment is about removing all that is in the way of becoming such a being of light and love.

I have written this book to share the set of processes that can assist you as you embark on your Jedi path. By delving into our true origin and the purpose in our being here, we are able to implement practices today that empower us as we seek to fulfill our purpose and end the cyclic existence of emotional ups and downs. This book provides the road map to the perfect life, and you picked it up for a reason: you are meant to learn its contents, and you are ready for the truth. But what if I were to tell you that as you embark on your journey, your goal should be to lose all desire? Do you still want the perfect life, knowing that there is a catch? This book is for the courageous soul who wants to complete the book of life. I have written this after more than twenty-five years of research and case studies. I have studied the masters and many great spiritual traditions and have learned from the hundreds of incredible authors who have written on this topic, including Dr. Wayne Dyer, Dr. David Hawkins, Sylvia Browne, Stuart Wilde, and contemporary giants like Deepak Chopra, Gregg Braden, Brian Weiss, Barbara DeAngelis, Gary Renard, Gabrielle Bernstein, and Caroline Myss, just to name a few. These and many others have been the forerunners of the time yet to come on earth and have led the way for a new generation of mystics to come forward and pick up the baton of their invaluable teachings. In developing my belief system and the processes outlined in this book, I have received assistance by the channeling of angels, ascended masters, and my spirit guides. Through this research and cosmic assistance, I have arrived at a formula and methodology for creating the perfect life: the Kundalini Karma System.

It is a journey rooted in the soul’s progression up the chakras, clearing¹ the way for the divine light of God to lead you back to the real world, the unseen dimension of heaven. The Kundalini Karma System is a revolutionary spiritual technology that burns away karma from your body system and releases you from the pain and suffering of the past so that you can live a full and joyous life. The Kundalini Karma System will help you clear the blockages that have held you back from your greatest self and empower you to transmute the karmic retribution from current and past lives to achieve perfect oneness with the divine. For those who are seekers on the path to true enlightenment, the Kundalini Karma System will help you free yourself of the tiresome, repetitive nature of life in the physical world.

We stay in the repetitive cycle of this world through our contracts, which are the agreements we made prior to incarnating. We agree to play certain roles within others’ lives, for others to play certain roles in our lives, and to experience specific events all in the name of learning necessary spiritual lessons of love and forgiveness while cleaning our karma. Since we do not remember the contracts once we incarnate, we often have a hard time honoring them in our lives. Through the Kundalini Karma System, you develop the ability to see all things in pure light and love, as well as within contractual context, so that you are always aware of the path you are on, of the agendas still left to fulfill, and the road you need to take to finish your journey.

The catch to the perfect life is that you must be willing to remove all desires for the things that bind you and prepare to accept the contracts you’ve already agreed to in order to complete the karmic cleansing of the things from both this lifetime and many lifetimes ago. In this way, you may arrive at the place of the mind of God, or the divine mind. Desire is what prevents us from joining the divine mind by keeping us cycling through physical existence. Yet desire remains with us from birth to death, which leaves two possible ways of dealing with desire and reducing the suffering that comes along with it:

1. We can fulfill our desires. Or,

2. We can expunge most, if not all, of our desires.

The first strategy is commonly used, but it has a couple of problems. First, fulfillment is always temporary, and it requires continuous effort to keep deprivation from intensifying and becoming unbearable. Second, the fulfillment of desire may increase the number and frequency of desires and in turn the chance of deprivation and suffering. The second strategy, expunging our desires, is not as common, although many, like the Buddhists and Stoics, believe it is possible to accomplish. It all comes down to learning how to strip away the desires that drive you to stay on this planet: the need to be safe, to be loved, to belong, to be free, to be happy … the list goes on endlessly. So, where does it end? Even if all desires can be set aside, we are still left with the desire to live. One must always exist. Learning to manage your kundalini energy so that you can expunge desire to the greatest extent possible is what the Kundalini Karma System will help you achieve.

As the breadwinner for my family, an entrepreneur, a coach, a devoted wife, and the mother of teenage twins, I am a practical mystic grounded to the earth and matters of physical survival. I don’t have time for systems that don’t work. I only have time for processes that will get me the result I am seeking—in this case, the end of reincarnation and a return to the wholeness of the divine. As rooted as we are in the physical realm, the spirit will eventually call, and when it does, we must answer. My calling came at the age of four, and I dallied with my spiritual practice and psychic abilities for almost three decades before waking up to the truth. If you are feeling the pull of divinity in your life, you must answer the call. You must find a way to follow your heart and unleash your gift or you will fall prey to disease, depression, and anxiety. Don’t take this calling lightly. Wake up and work your way to living a congruent life where body, mind, and spirit are all aligned to fulfill your divine purpose. That purpose is always to return to God.

Ending all of your desires and cleaning all of your karma once and for all is the only way to end the wheel of reincarnation. You can accomplish this by living a fabulous life rich with love, kindness, and forgiveness until there isn’t anything left to forgive, until there isn’t anything left to achieve, until there isn’t anything left to want. If you’ve been a seeker on the path for many years, you know that you have lived many lifetimes before, and if you don’t plan carefully, you will live many more lifetimes until you can’t stand the cycle of birth and death anymore. With the Kundalini Karma System, you can achieve a perfect state of love, light, peace, and the oneness of the creator. There, you will melt deliciously into the mind of God. This is the goal, the ultimate quest, the destination on the Jedi path. This is where you belong.

CHAPTER 2

God’s Big Mistake

THE INFORMATION IN THIS CHAPTER is going to break down your barriers and help you see things in a new light. You see, God made a mistake. A big one. And God’s been trying to fix it since the beginning of time. You might think this is an outrageous statement, but it bears looking at the universe in a whole new way. Let me go back in time to the 1960s and 1970s when I first began to catch a glimpse of this mistake. When I was a little girl, my father, a mystic, a man of God, and dedicated Catholic, would ask me to close my eyes and picture going backward in time, before the planets, before the stars, before the heavens, rushing backward in time until the universe was a tiny dot, and then blackness, and then … I would open my eyes. My father asked me to try to picture what infinity looked like, to try to picture what it was like before God created the universe, going back in time before there was a universe. I couldn’t complete the exercise every time I tried because I would open my eyes and tell my father that I could not picture a black void for very long. I could not fathom seeing nothingness. That was the purpose of his exercise, to help me understand how difficult it is for humans to picture what God looked like before the universe was created.

My father always held true to the creation story of God creating the heavens and earth, but as a scientist and educator, he also believed in the big bang theory. He was right: they are both true. My father was so in tune with his spirit guides, archangels, and ascended masters that he was able to pull down information as any genius would, and he frequently communicated with the other side. From the time I was a little girl, my father would hold me steadily up on his shoulders while he communed with the divine. I believe I absorbed his abilities, and my DNA runs true to the clairsentient abilities of my ancient family legacy. In medieval times, we were seers and prophets, and my family has always maintained a blue-blood legacy with our inherent clairsentient abilities.

The point of my father’s exercise was to help me understand that the true nature of God was nothingness and all-ness in one being. When you merge all light and all dark and all good and all evil, you get a neutrality that many sages and masters have called the void. Many who seek and reach the void have shared their experiences of struggling with the realization and with emerging back to our current reality after experiencing the void. Dr. David Hawkins shared such experiences in his books and brought humanity a breakthrough in documenting a new era of human knowledge by explaining the concept of energy vibrations as it relates to the soul and accessing the vibratory state of human spirit. Dr. Hawkins’s research helps us understand how everything started with nothingness. This beautiful state of nothingness was God’s true nature until the big mistake occurred, and then all hell broke loose.

The big mistake that God made started with our creator resting in this state of nothingness … a void … a silent blackness … with no beginning and no end … just there. Perfection, oneness, eternity. Then, in one slight blip on the divine radar, God suddenly became aware of himself² and that he was alone. This one micromoment in time caused an avalanche of creation to spew forth out of the perfect sphere of God’s source. Imagine a beautiful black ball of perfectly blended onyx and gold suddenly exploding out in all directions, and from the explosion, every color, every emotion, every vibratory tone, every aspect of life blasting out into infinity and creating what we know as the universe. This explosion of God’s essence was in fact what scientists call the big bang theory. God’s big mistake, referred to as the big bang, resulted in a spiraling projection of every facet and every characteristic that God possessed in his source, creating the ever-expanding and ever-growing universe that we know today.

In ancient scripture, the two columns of King Solomon’s gate, Joachim and Boaz, perfectly describe the result of our separation from the oneness that was once God’s perfection. One column was white and the other black, distinct and separate from each other, representing the separation of light and dark, good and evil. They had equal strength and together canceled each other out, forming the perfect void, the perfect oneness that was God’s mind before the Fall. The columns of Solomon’s temple represented to humankind the illusion of separation that exists in the physical world today. In truth, there is no separation, no light and dark, just one love. The truth is that they are united, they are two forces that mutually destroy each other, and that is the definition of the involution of the universe. Our world will collapse back into what was before … one God … one force … one mind.

Through my research and conversations with angels, ascended masters, and spirit guides, I have been able to put the pieces of this historic event into a spiritual perspective to help us better understand how the creation of all life emerged in one fell swoop. It’s just a different version of the same creation myths that have followed humanity for eons. Everything that spewed forth from that incredible moment created the planets, the stars, the souls, and even the black matter in between the light. The understanding that God’s creation was not necessarily an intentional act, but rather a reaction to a state of being, will help you better understand that it is our goal to return to him, to the source, to the perfection of the oneness that he was before we came into being. We are all fragments of the perfection of God, and until we all return to the source permanently and perfectly, the reincarnation cycle will continue. Pandora’s box was opened at the beginning of time, and God has been trying to pick up the pieces ever since.

If you want to make a difference in our return to the core of God’s center, you can do your part in helping the world with the power of unconditional love and your humanity. Every act of kindness, every vow of love, every gesture of sympathy creates a better world, a world in which we return to center. Our job is not to save the world but to save ourselves, and in doing so, we create a better world. Many of us in the Christian tradition were raised with the concept that Jesus Christ came to save our world, while the truth is that he saved himself and in so doing changed the direction of our planet. Jesus Christ was one of the greatest avatars in our combined universes, and he’s up in the last level of heaven, sipping heavenly champagne with the elders. He could have stayed in oneness with God, but he has chosen to hang around in the active part of heaven and help us with his love and guidance from above. He finished his work, which was part of a universal karmic healing, and his extraordinary power that was unleashed by his crucifixion, death, and resurrection is what moved our planet into a direction of light where before it was in darkness.

Technology and luminosity came forth after Jesus’s time on earth, and the light waves from his indescribable aura still resonate to this day, although sometimes dimmed by uncaring souls that occupy this planet at this time in history. Jesus and the other elders in heaven, including Buddha, Lao Tzu, Mohammad, Moses, Abraham, and many others, will be the last ones holding the door as the universe implodes upon itself when we are all done playing this game of life. When every soul has made it, including Jesus, Buddha, Moses, Lao Tzu, Mohammad, the Hebrew prophets, Confucius, the Hindu gods, and all of the other amazing avatars, then and only then will the gates of heaven close behind us, joining all of creation into the unity of one God forever and ever. Amen.

CHAPTER 3

Life Is Not a Gift: Karma,

Contracts, and Kundalini

UNDERSTANDING WHAT LIFE IS AND what it is not will help you better understand why we are here and how we need to return to the source. You see, life is not a gift. Rather, life is a test, a curriculum, and a university. We choose to come down to this physical life to perfect and cleanse our souls so that they can become gleaming rays of light perfect enough to return to God. We are not here to have fun, although fun is required. We are not here to experience, although experience is required, and we are not here to feel pleasure, although pleasure is required. We are here to face challenges that will clean our essence to its purest form, and whatever means are orchestrated by the cosmos over the eons, we will encounter these challenges to complete our journey.

It is common knowledge currently of spiritual modernism that we all write our chart, and we plan our lives so meticulously that every encounter is carefully designed to fulfill our duty to cleanse our souls. There are no mistakes, there are no coincidences. However, what is not so common knowledge is that you can alter your chart as you go if you choose to take control of your destiny.
