Geneva M. Hunter is a born-again Christian of more than thirty years. She is a former business owner whograduated from Faulkner University with honors. Mrs. Hunter was, subsequently, employed by the Alabama Department of Public Health and remained employed by ADPH for twenty-six years before retiring as a health services administrator. After retiring, she, along with her husband of thirty-four years, became the primary caregiver for her father. In addition to being a wife, Mrs. Hunter is a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother that resides in Alabama and attends church in Montgomery.

Unleashing the Hidden Warriors is designed to call forth God’s next level intercessors into the Body of Christ for the greatest end-time harvest this world has ever witnessed. Furthermore, Unleashing the Hidden Warriors will reveal to the Church and to the world the unique attributes that intercessors possess and use in the kingdom. Ultimately, God will reveal His desire to take all who are willing to the next level as prayer warriors and intercessors. For all who know that he or she has been called to stand in the gap, this is the time to step up and be counted. God needs us; the Church needs us, and the world needs us. It is a summon to come forth as well as a wake-up call to those of us who have been lulled to sleep. It is written, explicitly, to the Church to inform us of why we are witnessing the hostile takeover of the world by demonic forces at breakneck speed. Unleashing the Hidden Warriors will identify God’s elite force of intercessory prayer warriors who have been in training for such a time as this. In addition, the gifts and weapons with which God has endowed us for this season will be released. It will, also, serve as a catalyst for God to catapult His prayer warriors and intercessors to the next level. We will be taught how to strategically use our gifts as we go to a place in Him that we have not experienced before. This will enhance our preparation for taking authority over the enemy. Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ taught us all who believe on Him shall be able to do the same works as He and even greater works because He was going to the Father. At the writing of Unleashing the Hidden Warriors, the whole world is going through a pandemic which is unprecedented in our lifetime. This pandemic, the coronavirus, is being used by the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy hundreds of thousands of lives. The evil tactics of the enemy are being unleashed upon both the saved and unsaved. We, who are willing, shall be given what we need for the purpose of being released as God’s elite force for such a time as this. Unleashing the Hidden Warriors will reveal those of us who have been locked in battle with the enemy all our lives. It will teach us that we were right in the middle of the will of God for all of our lives—fulfilling our call to occupy until He comes. God is getting ready to blow our minds and surprise many in and out of the Church. There are some very important truths which we are missing and/or are not comprehending; thereby, causing us to remain stagnant in our relationship with the Lord. In addition, Unleashing the Hidden Warriors will show us that what the world deems as important is just the opposite to God. In addition, God will show us what the world rejects and discards is of great value in the kingdom of God.

After reading Unleashing the Hidden Warriors, many of us who thought we were finished will realize it is only the beginning of something phenomenal. It will be a reminder to other saints of God their true purpose. It will also refocus us concerning our mandate to operate in our authority every day. We are the warriors of God that He has been waiting to unleash into the earth for this time! It will also precipitate the beginning of the unleashing of the hidden next level elite of God. Ultimately, God will resurrect some dormant gifts and weapons that are in our possession. We cannot complete an assignment until we take that first step to let God get us, His warriors, ready to be unleashed into the earth.

Battle Savvy

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wackiness in high places. —EPHESIANS 6:12

Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. —MATTHEW 10:16

N ow is the time for God’s elite to be manifested and called to the front lines. We are now witnessing the greatest onslaught of demonic attacks, the likes of which has never been seen upon the earth. We are witnessing simultaneous worldwide attacks from the enemy. Battle-ready and battle-astute saints, prayer warriors, and intercessors are desperately needed in this hour. Knowledgeable and prepared saints are being sought by God for every aspect of the church body and beyond. Although praying saints are always needed, this is especially true for the prayer warrior and intercessory prayer ministries worldwide right now. We need to be standing in the gap for both the lost and the saved. More so than ever, we have to be cognizant of the fact that we are not struggling and contending with human beings but with evil spiritual forces of great wickedness. Consequently, as prayer warriors and intercessors, we must continually be attuned to our spiritual and natural surroundings in the Holy Spirit.

The Lord Jesus taught the disciples to be careful of their surroundings when going about doing His will. He went on to tell them to be wise as serpents (shrewd and alert) and innocent as doves (having no self-serving agendas). The scripture reads, Listen carefully, I am sending you out like sheep among wolves, be wise as serpents, and innocent as doves (Matthew 10:6 AMP). In other words, before we engage with the enemy for both ourselves and others, we must stop and assess our own surroundings as well as assess the current situation. Most of all, we must stop and take the necessary time to seek and listen to the Lord for clarity and wisdom on our assignments. We should never assume we know everything that pertains to any aspect of our prayer assignments. It is imperative that we seek God first! One of the major aspects to winning a battle, especially in the Christian arena, is to begin by discerning whether the battle is ours to fight or if we’re merely experiencing a cleverly disguised demonic distraction. In other words, there are some things that will come against us that we should not even waste any time or energy on because it is sent from the enemy.as a distraction to deflect us from the real fight. After making the determination that we truly do have a fight to fight, then we must immediately begin to take stock of our spiritual arsenal. Subsequently, we must both decide how to fight the fight and what weapons to use in the fight. As saints we war and wage all of our battles on our knees Therefore, we must ascertain if we need to just continue praying as usual, come into agreement with another prayer warrior, or add fasting to our prayers as well. This is why a prayer warrior and intercessor must always begin every battle by seeking wisdom from God. Moreover, we Christians must realize from day one that we have a definite enemy. We must also know that our enemy always keep us in his crosshairs. Fortunately, he cannot take us out unless we give him an opening. Therefore, we should always be cognizant of his tricks, traps, and most of all his lies. Since he knows we are protected by God from any premature devastation, we are to be wise and careful in our walks. We have to begin by being obedient to the Word of God. We must always be careful that we are operating in the will of God. Consequently, he cannot destroy us prematurely. Remember that I did not say that the enemy would not attack us or attempt to distract us. Therefore, be ever mindful that he goes about to set us up and use people as well as things to try and pull us out of our place of obedience, peace, joy, and protection. The enemy is a master at distraction, causing us to engage in fights which are not ours but is, instead, the Lord’s. I have noticed that there are many good, God-fearing people who are tenaciously fighting battles, but are fighting the wrong battles and with the wrong weapons. As with any serious battle, we tend to put our sole focus into the direction of the fight, consequently; causing us to turn a deaf ear to some other important issues. In fact, we can be so laser focused in a certain direction that we tend to neglect some pertinent circumstance that might require our immediate attention. I have learned the hard way how the enemy is a master at using distraction to persuade us to focus our attention in the wrong direction. Some of us Christians have been so preoccupied with our various life circumstances to the point where we have not been aware of the tremendous increase in the devil’s attacks on every aspect of society. There are several other things that the enemy has been subtly incorporating into the world. These evils are being very cleverly introduced into our society and are rapidly becoming ingrained into our daily lives on every level.

After much prayer, careful consideration, and research, I was astounded to see the enemy’s true intentions for the world. I truly believe that each time we pray the Lord will slowly begin to unmask and reveal more and more of the enemy’s real plan. As the Lord shines the light on the enemy’s ultimate evil plan being perpetrated, it will surely cause even the most casual of us saints to stop and wonder how such things could be happening in a civilized society. Sometimes, it just takes someone else to call our attention to seemingly innocent things that are, in fact, intrinsically evil. When we stop and take a deeper look, it will cause even the unchurched as well as the seasoned Christians to agree that the world needs help and direction like never before. For instance, our society, as a whole, has strayed far, far away from what is traditionally described as a Christian culture (families attending church on Sunday or man-woman relationships—which are God ordained). In this culture it is quickly becoming a rarity to observe traditional households where people believe in having a job and/or jobs and a home where they raise children, etc. We are now living in a world where things that used to be considered taboo are now being flaunted with open disregard for God, for the most vulnerable, and for the most revered in our culture. There is no more fear of God. There is no more respect for the sanctity of human life. There is no more respect and honor for the elderly. There is no more care and concern for the neediest and most fragile of our society— our elderly, our unborn babies, and our young children. These incidences of evil and disrespect are also reaching into our churches and even into our pulpits. These are just some of the things that can be readily seen by all who are going about their daily lives. Those of us who love the Lord, are asking ourselves, How can this be happening in a world that is so intellectually advanced, so technically astute, and so materially blessed? I believe the answer is that despite all of the advancements, there has to be rules. Yes, all of our advancements are very good in themselves, but they cannot be successfully sustained and accurately appropriated without parameters. As history has taught us and has proven time and time again, human beings left to their own devices will, inevitably, self-destruct. We must include our God in every aspect of our lives. We must submit ourselves to God and adhere to the teachings of the Bible. For God promised that a nation that obeys the Lord shall be blessed, and the nation that disregards their God is a disgrace. The scripture reads, Righteousness [moral and spiritual integrity and virtuous character] exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people (Proverbs 14: 34 AMP).

All of the, aforementioned, evils seem to have overtaken our nation and society. As awful as those things are, they are being used as mere distractions of the enemy to keep us from looking even deeper. He does not only want us to be distracted by and be involved in temporary sin, but he is truly attempting to steal, kill, and destroy us in totality. For example, in certain communities, the enemy is attempting to destroy from within. As a black woman, I have personally observed this deception in its purest form in my community and in my family as well as in many other similar communities. In these areas, there is a very minimal or no church attendance, minimal prayer, an overabundance of partying, and a tremendous amount of strife, confusion, and disrespect on every level. As a consequence, this kind of behavior is a breeding place for murder and mayhem. This kind of diabolical deception is currently being exemplified in our black communities nationwide. The enemy is causing people who claim to advocate peace and love to instead, teach and walk in hatred and prejudice. They claim to be honoring and upholding Dr. Martin Luther King’s teachings but are walking in hatred toward our president as well as anyone who does not vote their chosen party or agree with their various platforms. This is not what Dr. King advocated! Dr. King did not advocate hatred and dishonor. This is what the devil advocates. And while they are living and teaching in error, the enemy is destroying our black young men and women in our black communities at a breakneck pace. This is the enemy perpetrating deception at its best! Now, what is even scarier is that this same kind of erroneous teaching is being taught in a multitude of our black churches all across this nation. They are truly fighting the wrong fight! This is also a classic example of people who are not praying to God, seeking God, or hearing God. Another example of the enemy’s deceptive tactic is how he is causing some of the church congregations to be silent on certain sins; and, in some instances, are teaching erroneously on sin. They are refusing to tell people what thus saith the Lord on such topics as abortion, homosexuality, adultery, hatred, and dishonor, etc. This kind of sinful behavior is being perpetrated inside of many of our churches but are being brushed under the rug. This should not be! While we are being distracted, the devil has been strategically advancing his agenda of evil in our households and in the earth.

When we are looking through our natural lenses at what is happening, all seems to be lost and the future appears bleak. Although, all of these things are happening, we must remember what we see in the natural is just a portion of the story and is not the full story! In, actuality, this is only one side of the story! If we look deeper through the lens of God, we will see that there is hope! There is also excitement and wonder ahead! We, have to remember that we serve an awesome God who knows all, sees all, and there is absolutely nothing too hard for Him to handle. There is nothing that can catch God off guard or unprepared. You see, He has always had a plan already in place for such a time as this. And the good thing about His plan is that we are an integral part of it. The scripture reads, For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and His glory shall be seen upon thee (Isaiah 60:2 KJV). Our Lord and Savior started putting this promise, this plan into motion over two-thousand years ago when He was here on earth and gave His life so that we could live. I, strongly, believe we who are in the earth right now are here for a specific purpose and have a specific assignment for this time. There is a call in the spirit to the church and the body of Christ to present ourselves as such. We are being called upon to do the same works as Jesus did. If we are still in the earth, then we are, indeed, called for such a time as this. We are called to take up our crosses and follow Jesus. As born-again Christians, we have been called to take our positions in the spiritual realm in this season. The scripture reads, But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people, that ye should show forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvelous light (1 Peter 2:19 KJV). As our Lord Jesus told us, we would be able to do the same works as He did, and we know that every line of the Word of God is true. As a result, if we do not already know our callings, it behooves each one of us to get busy seeking God for our individual assignments for this time. As Christians, we are compelled to get prepared to stand in the gap for the world for which our God so loves. The world that He sent the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to in order to die on its behalf. That time is now!

Accordingly, God has equipped each of us with our own individual and unique gifts in order to serve in the kingdom. Furthermore, I believe God has equipped all of His saints with the weapon of prayer paired with our own unique qualities. I further believe that the Lord has equipped some of us to go to the next level in prayer. Therefore, we have been uniquely equipped and gifted to be on alert, watchful, and careful to be ready
