How his life changed from this long maturing and educational period, throughout following activities in public, private and international careers, provides an interesting perspective on broader societal differences experienced in many countries, including the USA. Middle East, North Africa societies are far different than South Equatorial Africa, Asia and/or Europe and the Americas. The author's perspective greatly aided by having wives at different stages of his careers, first American, 2nd Persia (Iran), 3rd Philippines. Reaching apex of careers at age 78 was an exceptional feat then upon retirement until now the author's reflection on life's experiences and potential societal change are unique indeed!

As an Indiana 'Preacher Kid', he moved frequently, setting an entire life pattern of 'Moving On'. Experiencing scarcities of Great Depression and WWII he trended toward greater risk, becoming opportunistic. Thus, he achieved early adulthood. 3rd child with 3 siblings, 3 marriages of 3 nationalities, 3 degrees (BS, MS, PhD) in 3 states, professional experience in 3 careers (private, public, international), escaping from 3 country revolutions - all indicating taking risk in career changes while seeking greater opportunities. During teen and 3-bachelor periods of freer life, without family responsibilities and/or during international assignments in 12 countries, many escapades that his 3 children, 6 grandchildren,13 great-grandchildren in 4-counties, as well as the reader, may be surprised, since away internationally so much of his career. His career influenced most after gaining knowledge that socio-economic potential of societies and culture can increase greatly through multi-variate statistical routines. His insights of our own, foreign societies and institutions, provide new perspectives of how we evolve positively or negatively versus current mis-allocation of our scarce resources.
