Chapter 1
It was the year 1976. It was the fall of the year and a woman and her husband were at the hospital. The woman had gone into labor. This was to be their first child. They were extremely excited.
The Doctor came in the room. He’d greeted the couple. And how are we doing?
The doctor asked. The husband said I’m fine, but my wife looks like she’s in a lot of pain.
The doctor smirked and said I’m sure she is.
Ma’am, would you like something for the pain?
Yes God!
this pain is driving me crazy!
Okay, I’ll send in the nurse in to help you with the pain. I have two other patients I must attend to. See you guys in a little while."
The couple, Jim and Linda Welsmith were about to have their first baby. Their emotions were all over the place. After the nurse came in to administer the pain meds. Linda became somewhat eased. Her and Jim began talking and Linda even cracked a few jokes. They were so happy.
Linda gave birth to a beautiful blonde hair, greeneyed boy. He was gorgeous. Seven pounds and eight ounces of chubby cheeks. This was the happiest time of the Welsmith’s lives. Nothing could ruin this wonderful moment. The gates of heaven opened and shined down on Jim and Linda.
The hospital the Welsmiths were in was one of the top hospitals in the country. They were very good with patient care and very good with maintaining security.
There was a prison in a nearby county that used this particular hospital for inmate work programs and also for their medical needs. There was a convicted serial rapist there that night as well as a man who’d just been arrested for murder and would be questioned for a series of unsolved murders dating back ten years. He was brought in by the arresting officer. He was shot in the shoulder. The bullet went in and out. The bleeding had stopped but the chief didn’t want to risk a lawsuit for neglecting basic human rights. The hospital had a nonrestraint policy. It was put in place to protect all patients, even the serial ones.
Jeffrey Nathan Ezzell was the convicted serial rapist enrolled in the hospital that night. He was in for multiple stab wounds. He was stabbed in the shower fighting off three horny inmates who thought he was deliciously cute.
Jeffrey was a very attractive man. He had the bluest eyes and had an athletes build. His hair was dirty blond and he knew how to use his personality and looks to get what he wanted. He was tried and convicted for raping young men between the ages of 18 and 26. He would normally find these young men at bars, beaches, college campuses, or anywhere young guys hangout. He’d ventured from state to state which made him a priority for federal agencies. He would buy them drinks and wait til they were drunk, then he would give them a small line of cocaine to perk them up so they could continue drinking. After they were good and drunk, he’d give them another line, but instead of cocaine, he’d give them a nice size line of heroine. He’d wait until both the alcohol and heroine kick in before he’d start undressing. He would lay them down and undress them quickly. His penis would harden as he’d rub his body against theirs. He’d loved to suck their penis until it got hard. He would turn them over and fondle their butthole with his tongue until it’s good and wet before using his penis as a ramrod, punishing them until he came inside them. Sometimes he would cum twice. He’d leave them as they were, filled with his fluids. Before leaving his victims, he would force a large dildo in their ass as a signature to remind them of their night of passion. Usually the hotel maids find them after the fact.
The man accused of murder was Remond Patrick Shiver. He was also at the hospital that night. He was a well connected street guy who was innocent of the murders that he was accused of but was in fact a serial murder. He enjoyed the occasional torturing of his victims. He didn’t have a specific gender that he’d stalk. He just went with whatever he felt at the moment. He would also commit sexual acts at times with the victims while torturing them. They would be bound by restraints. The sounds of their pain would make him orgasm intensely and very quickly. This ritual would go on until the victim dies from their injuries.
Remond and Jeffrey were admitted to the same room for overnight observation. They’d both suffered from low blood account which forced the doctors to admit them until their blood accounts rose to a satisfactory level.
The weather conditions were awful that night. It was below freezing and the wind was roaring. The hospital itself was packed. This was an extremely busy night for the hospital staff. They had to rely on a temp agency to handle the massive load of patients that seemed to come every three minutes.
Remond was wealthy and well connected. He was extremely intelligent but was off in the moral department. He owned several businesses, some of which he was a silent owner. He’d owned parent companies which had ghost parent owners. He’d owned the temp agency in which the hospital used. He’d already planned his escape.
Linda fell asleep. She was exalted after the delivery. Jim decided to let her rest and went to the eatery inside the hospital. The baby went to the nursery as most babies do. Jim ordered the meatloaf with green beans and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. He was planning to stay at the hospital until Linda woke up so they can name the baby.
Remond already sent word to his flock that he would be at a hospital and to just wait for his call. He called Ben. Ben was a nurse who filled positions temporarily. He was a nurse by day but a gangster by night. He accepted Remond’s call. Remond wanted him to cause a big seen that would cause massive panic and disrupt the hospital’s natural conduct.
Benjamin Theodore Nichol was a supervisor at the
