    INTRODUCTION

The Holy Scriptures is the oldest history Book we have today. Starts when the world was created by God and gives the history of nations that were, and those today. We know from God’s Holy Word; Bible", the history of Creation, how God created the heavens and the earth, the light, the water, and dry land. He created the grass, herbs, fruit trees. God divided the day from the night, then signs and seasons, for days and years. He put lights in the firmaments of the heavens to give light on the earth. Light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night, and he made the stars also. God then created an abundance of living creatures for the waters and birds to fly above the earth. God then created living creatures according to its kind, cattle, and everything that creeps on the earth. and God saw that it was good. God then made man in His own image, and put him in dominion over all He had made. God also created the woman. [Gen 1:1-31] God done all this in six days and said it was good.

[Gen 2:1-25] Tells that God finished all His work in six days and rested. The seventh day, God rested from all His work and blessed the seventh-day. That is the history of this earth, how it was made created and by Whom, all in seven days.

Like emigrants on a march to a heavenly land, God’s people are traveling through this world to a much better place. To guide us on our journey, the Lord has provided land marks to encourage us to continue in the right direction. His Holy Scriptures reveals the way for us to know His Truth and know with certainly that we are on the right way and one day soon we will see our Lord come to take us home with Him. Do you want to be ready? Today is the day to decide!

The Church is God’s appointed agency for the salvation of men. It is organized for service, and its mission is to carry the Gospel to all the world.

Passing by the self-righteous teachers, the Master Worker chose humble, unlearned men to proclaim the truths that were to move the world. Jesus ordained twelve men that He might send them forth to preach. It is seldom that one minister has all the requirements necessary to perfect a church in all the requirements of Christianity; therefore God sends to them other ministers, each possessing some qualification in which others were deficient.

Everyone who has received the Gospel has been given sacred truth to impart to the world. But though In this age there are many preachers, there is a great scarcity of able, holy ministers—men filled with the love that dwelt in the heart of Christ. Communion with God will impart to the minister’s efforts a power greater than the influence of his preaching. The heart of the ’true’ minister is filled with the intense longing to save souls.

In apostolic times, Satan led the Jews to exalt the ceremonial law and reject Christ; today he induces many professing Christians under pretense of honoring Christ, to cast contempt on the moral law and teach that its precepts may be transgressed with impunity.

If ministers of the gospel were to bear constantly in mind the fact that they are dealing with the purchase of the blood of Christ, they would have a deeper sense of the importance of their work. Some leaders and ministers are determined that the work of preaching the Gospel must be conducted in accordance with their own ideas. These men have lost sight of the fact that God is the teacher of His people. Let no one feel he is stepping down in becoming a child of God. Christ hung upon Calvary’s cross, dying in our behalf, that we might have eternal life. Does it seem a small thing that He should endure all this, that we might be called the sons of God? Does it seem a small thing to you to become members of the royal family, children of the heavenly King, partakers of the immortal inheritance?

The gospel has ever achieved its greatest success among the humbler classes. "Not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called-1 Cor 1:26.

Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the traditions of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

To many, the Bible is a lamp without oil. Man is to regard the Bible as the voice of God speaking directly to him. Among professing ministers there are those who preach the opinions of men instead of the Word of God. Many among both ministers and people are trampling under their feet the commandments of God, and Satan laughs in triumph at the success of his devices. The growing contempt for God’s law, there is an increasing distaste for religion, an increase of pride, love for pleasure, disobedience to parents. The only way to correct this is to preach God’s Word—His commandments.

So long as we maintain our union with Christ, no one can pluck us out of His hand. Salvation is not earned by obedience, but is the fruit of faith and love.

The church is God’s agency for the proclamation of truth. The great truth’s necessary for salvation are made clear as noonday, and none will mistake and lose their way, except those who follow their own judgment instead of the plainly revealed will of God.

    CHAPTER 1

    CHRIST PEOPLE—CHRISTIANS—WHO ARE THEY?

The Bible is a system of revealed truths, so clearly given and simply given that a man or a fool need not era. We know that there are both Christian’s and false Christian’s in the church today and will be till Christ comes. It is not man’s duty to separate, this will be done by God when He comes. We need to test all theories and doctrines we hear and read by the word of God. When others think you are wrong in your faith and practice of worship, have them show you from the word of God that you are in error from the Bible. Some may think that the message in Scripture is for the people in the time in which it was written. Like Noah’s message before the flood which was true
