When they came, suddenly she was faced with the reality of being in captivity. She learnt loss, defiance, defeat, cruelty, love and trust. This is the story of her journey.
Author
Nicola Sehnert
Nicola was born in Nelson and grew up in Dargaville, in Northland, New Zealand. She lives on a farm, and is happiest when surrounded by her animals, especially her horses. She is an accomplished story teller. Cow-Horse is her first book and was written when she was 21.
