I wrote this book as a heart warming timeless tale of allegory and fairy tale fantasy first for children but it is written in a way that will appeal to all of those who are young at heart.

Castle Church Social Care Residential Lodgings

    Description

Six-tier castle, wherein the ground floor houses the amenities for the elderly care and severely disabled; the first floor, for the elderly and mildly disabled; the second floor and third floor, for parents with kids; the fourth and fifth floor, for adult social care.

There will be 200 residential lodgings (apartments) on each floor, making the total of resident lodgings to 1,200. Each lodging unit will be spacious, with high-end luxury, and holds between one and four rooms. The first and second floors will hold two bedrooms, the second and third floors will hold between three and four bedrooms, and the fourth and fifth floors will hold one- and two-bedroom lodgings with shared communal lounge cafeterias on each floor and communal toilet bathrooms.

    Health care

There will be monthly home visits by a community physio-nurse, and on the ground floor is a health clinic and pharmacy dispatch.

Social care workers will support our lodgers in finding education, employment, and training.

Minimum tenancy is ten years unless a tenant chooses to leave or encounters unforeseen circumstance.

    Amenities

The facility will have a twenty-four-hour cafeteria and feeding clinic, a communal lounge, a library, and a pharmacy clinic on the ground level and as an annex.

A feeding clinic will be available for patients referred by a dietician on the NHS.

    1. Social care castle lodgings will be built to house families on low wages, welfare, elderly care and health, and social care in general.

    2. Feeding clinic will be established to feed those in need and the elderly, the malnourished, those in need of a dietician with specially catered meals, and those who cannot afford food.

    3. Provide rent to buy land and housing for whole extended families in sections of a six-tier castle especially built for those families. The castle will be spatially divided into individual lodgings, with two front-to-back moatlike entrances and multiple single entrances for each single dwelling.

    4. Provide work-to-own agricultural, catering, and retail businesses for the least paid and least well-to-do members of the society. Each inhabitant will take on cooperative shares in a family-run business where each has an equal say. This will include farmland, retail shop, and catering shop floor spaces.

    5. Each of these lodgings is expected to cater for and contribute to food, retail, agriculture, and catering sectors of the economy; thus, giving them a fourfold boost and creating a boom in the respective sector. This will be accompanied by housing, hospitality, and construction as well as boosting family livelihood, community spirit, and well-being.

    6. Ensuring clean and sanitized work and food catering facilities, and providing meaningful employment and clean healthy meals to the wider public.
