DEDICATION

First and foremost, this book is dedicated to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

The one who saved my life more times than I can even remember in every possible way that a person can be saved: physically, emotionally and spiritually.

The one who healed me inside and out when I wasn’t even aware I needed it.

The one who brought me from the back to the front and from the dark into His glorious, saving light.

The one who never left my side no matter what I did or how far I strayed from Him, even when I knew I was backsliding.

The one who transformed my heart and renewed my mind.

The one who suffered unimaginably, died a criminal’s death, was buried, and then resurrected… for me and for every single human being all the way through history, up until now and into the future.

The one and only true living God, Jesus Christ, who inspired this book and supplied me with the ideas and passion for it.

This book is testimony to my belief in the gospel of Jesus Christ, of which I am not ashamed to speak of or witness about to the world in a form that will forever exist beyond my own lifespan.

Secondly, this book is dedicated to the two most precious gifts given to me by God, Steven Anthony and AnnMarie Kathleen. They are not only my children, they are my heart. I am honored to have been chosen by God to be their mother. It is both a privilege and a blessing that far exceeds explanation.

My children are living, breathing miracles. Before they were even born, an ultrasound revealed an abnormality in Steven’s brain and one also in AnnMarie’s left kidney.

Doctors said Steven would most likely be born mentally retarded and suggested that he be aborted. But through fervent prayer and strong faith, Steven’s brain showed absolutely no signs of any existence of abnormality after birth. All glory and praise be to God Almighty.

Steven and AnnMarie were born 2 months premature, spending the entire 1st month of their lives in Neonatal Intensive Care with tubes and IV’s sustaining them. AnnMarie underwent major surgery at 3 months old for the removal of 1/3 of her left kidney, and Steven underwent corrective bilateral hernia surgery at 6 months old. Both surgeries were a complete success, and neither one exhibited any signs of abnormality resultant from the premature birth. Glory to God

At the tender age of 3, Steven and AnnMarie experienced the fragmentation of their family, the difficulties of divorce and the challenges of having to grow up much faster than children should have to.

Yet, through it all, they persevered, adapted, and grew into the two most amazing human beings I know. They are strong and resilient beyond what they even realize, and they are destined for true greatness.

Steven and AnnMarie’s lives parallel perfectly with the theme of this book as a message to each and every one of us: with determination, faith, persistence and adaptation to circumstances beyond our control, we can all exceed any expectation that this world would want to place on us.

Thirdly, I dedicate this book to Pastors Dominic and Amira Russo, the two Senior Pastors at Oakland Church in Rochester, Michigan. These two amazing individuals have taught me by example what it means to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ. They are completely sold out to Jesus, and their lives personify this.

Their faith is unlike anything I had ever witnessed before. It never fails, never falters, never wavers. They do not judge anyone – ever. Bringing the lost to Jesus Christ is their life mission. They are anointed, appointed and chosen.

Oakland Church is Holy Spirit filled. The presence of God is palpable there not only during worship, but all the time. I believe this is because of the calling on the Russo’s lives and what they have contributed in spirit and heart to the Lord, as well as, to the flock they sheppard. It is a true blessing to be a part of this incredible church.

Pastors Dominic and Amira Russo have taught me that God never gives up on us. They’ve demonstrated a passion for Jesus that I had never seen before. They’ve prayed for me, covered me and lifted me up to the Lord. They have helped to bring me to Him and to understand His deep love for me.

Now I want to do the same thing for each one of you reading this book. Know that Jesus loves you beyond what you could ever imagine. Know that He will meet you right where you are. He will stand by you as you learn and fall and get back up again. He will never leave you or forsake you.

He died for YOU. Even if you were the only person on earth, He still would’ve died just for you, and only you! That’s how deeply He loves you! You matter to Him. His love for you is immeasurable.

You are His heart.

So, I dedicate this book to you, the reader, as well. I speak life into your divine health and prosperity. I pray you will apply the biblical principles laid out in this book to your own life. INTRODUCTION

Is the bible really written by men who heard from

God Himself or is it just stories and thoughts that

men wrote from their own hearts and minds?

This is a question that many people all throughout time have argued and debated. It may be the most controversial and longest-running debate in existence.

Some people believe that it is 100% authentic and real. They believe God Himself spoke to the author of each book who has written His words down at His direction. They believe God chose each author and guided what they wrote through visions, dreams and their own experiences.

All scripture is God-breathed. 2 Timothy 3:16

Others believe that the bible is simply composed of stories or legend carried down through multiple generations by different men, and then written down.

These two beliefs are about as different as they can get. Those on both sides of the debate are quite convinced of their own stance. They passionately disagree with one another.

What everyone on both sides of this debate does agree on, however, is the fact that the answer to the question of whether or not the bible is 100% real is either yes or no.

One must believe that the entire bible is authentic or that the entire bible is not. It doesn’t stand to reason that one or more of the stories in it would be true while the others would not. There is no gray area with something like this. It’s either 100% real or it isn’t.

If we believe that the bible is real and authentic, that it is in fact the Word of God, then we must believe EVERYTHING it says.
