About this ebook

Love is a force and a reality, and we can love whatever we consider deemed fit. There is love between a mother and a child, a person and his/her country or native land. There are people who fall in love for the opposite sex and spend all their life in pursuit, and there may be an inseparable love between man and an animal or a pet. Whatever you want to love, there are numerous objects available. However, there is a unique love between a man and his/her Creator.
I tried all my reach, my worth, and my nakedness to reach him but failed
However, the Gracious One made me who I am out of his mercy and
A token of his love for Mohammed, his chosen one
These are the pathways, O Lord, that you told to tread upon
In fact you are the only One who had made me able to walk on them
What are your steps and how far do you want to go?
This is just a morsel of my love and Grace for you to know

Author

Waqar Pirzada

Waqar Pirzada was born in 1959 in the city of Rawalpindi, Pakistan. I migrated to the USA and am now permanently residing in the United States. I, the author, am a doctor of medicine, have an MBA and a PhD, and belong to a family of doctors; and my father and grandfather are both doctors from the same prestigious medical institution. The search for truth has led me to explore different horizons and quest for what true love is about. I found, there is a loving and living deity above us who listens to and responds, just like we communicate among ourselves, in our daily lives, through existing technology. A sinful man as I have been, I now know that Allah is most forgiving and oft returning. Practicing medicine has taught me about how there is only a thin line between life and death. I have the honor of being the grandson of my maternal and paternal grandfathers, who personally met and accepted the Promised Messiah—the messiah of the time as prophesized, who people are still waiting for. The author of this book has also published the books The Land of Wakapuku—Land of the True and Chasing Love Up against the Sun.

    Preface

For the sake of their true love of their Creator, people have travelled thousands of miles on foot from their hometown toward the house of God in times when there were no proper roads or any means of transport that are available today. There have been Muslim saints who, for the love of Allah and his prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah), made pilgrimage to Mecca for thousands of miles on foot. Baba Guru Nanak (Allah’s mercy on him) is considered by many as a Muslim and was one of them who travelled on foot to Mecca and other Arab countries in the years AD 1519–1521 when he was fifty to fifty-two years of age.

Whenever I call him the only One, I find him by myself at each step

O God! I am happy about whatever you have given me

The moment when you are born, death starts to follow

We all have to be presented before him, whether I, you, and they

My last day, when it comes, please and I beg you to forgive

Only those who are truthful are the ones who live

O God, keep me prostrated before you in my love for you

And, O Lord, keep me away from the wickedness of Satan

Whatever manner my life is spent, O God

But I beg that my death comes in your way

The moment I set my foot on to reach my destiny

I find God’s help when all of my effort fails

    Chapter One

    Romeo and Juliet

The story of Romeo and Juliet was staged in Verona, France, where it revolved around two warring families, the Montague and the Capulet. Count Paris talked to Capulet about his marriage to his daughter Juliet. But Juliet’s father, Capulet, wanted to postpone the proposed marriage for another two years. Juliet’s mother and Juliet’s nurse started convincing Juliet to enter courtship with Count Paris. Juliet’s father arranged for a party and a ball at his residence, providing Juliet and Count Paris an opportunity to meet each other for their proposed marriage, which Juliet is not willing to get into.

Meanwhile, Romeo’s cousin Benvolio and friend Mercutio tried to persuade Romeo to attend Capulet’s party and ball, which Romeo accepted in order to meet his unrequited love, Rosaline, who is one of Capulet’s nieces. When Romeo reached the ball, one of Juliet’s cousins didn’t like Romeo’s sneaking into the ballroom. However, Romeo’s eyes caught Juliet, and he fell in love with her. Juliet’s cousin was quite enraged and tried to kill Romeo, but Juliet’s father prevented this as he did not want any untoward scenes at his party. Romeo and Juliet instantly liked each other, and later Romeo had the opportunity to enter the Capulets’ orchard and near Juliet’s window without anyone watching him. Both Romeo and Juliet exchanged their love for each other and vowed to be married, knowing that their respective families were each other’s enemy.

Juliet’s cousin Tybalt, who had initially objected when Romeo entered into the ballroom, was still carrying his rage and challenged Romeo for a duel, which Romeo declined; however, Mercutio was also present at the scene with them and also didn’t like Tybalt’s challenge for a duel with Romeo, which Romeo didn’t accept. So Mercutio
