Jmsalfr, the Coming Volume Ii - Johnnie Adams
Chapter 1
It’s an irony how one’s status is determined here on Earth. A great entertainer, a great sports figure, a great politician; all have unique abilities and sometimes are known all over the world. There’s nothing wrong with that, but sometimes there are individuals who are given the authority and have the ability to affect the entire world with their decisions and yet no one knows his or her name outside of the little group where they perform. This is the case with Carl Murphy, a brilliant man whose IQ surpasses that of his peers. His logic and analytical approach to solving a problem reminds you of the details and precision to that of a great Swiss watchmaker put into his craft. Even so, he is known only by a very few people that he work with. He is a man of small stature, only about five feet four inches, chubby, a receding hairline, and looked very shy and appeared to be easily intimidated. He has a doctorate degree in Earth and Planetary Sciences from Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he finished first in his class. Ironically in this world, good looks and a cunning personality is just as effective as all of the aforementioned abilities of Carl. Knowing that, one might easily wonder why I have him imprisoned in my fortress where he has been lying unconscious for the last three hours. The truth is, this man’s actions and his decisions could determine the future of Earth. Carl Murphy is the director of a secret government agency named AAET.
Those initials stand for Agency against Extraterrestrial Threats, where he makes or gives the final recommendation for any action taken by the United States against extraterrestrial threats.
In order to understand how important this is and what Carl’s relationship is to all of this, let us step back and work our way up to this point.
Twelve months ago after I had completed my undertakings for the earthling, Jmsalfr Hollings, whose identity I have taken in all aspects, I set out to assure that Mod1 is still trapped in the ice that held us captured for so many years. It is prudent for me not to underestimate Mod1 as he is of my kind, superior to earthlings, and a worthy opponent—even for me. The results of global warming allowed me to escape, but all evidence indicated that Mod1 is still sheathed in the ice. Our abilities allowed us to know where we have gone or if and where we are active and nothing shows any signs of such activity. This ability is common for us in our world. At present, this truth works heavily in my favor, knowing that he is still trapped allowed me more time to perfect my efforts for my mission.
Like any mission, whether here on Earth or any place in the universe, you must first start with goals, then organization, and finally, execution. My mission can be broken down into different parts. They are: to find a planet that can sustain my life kind; to assure that this planet bears the fruit or, the element that is essential for our survival and for long-term; to be able to cohabit with the inhabitants of that planet without influencing their future in any way, whether negative or positive, that can change their destiny; to assure that there is no threat, whether internally or extraterrestrial, that will have influence or denies our long-term goals; and finally, as it is mutually shared by Mod1 and myself, to find a way to conquer Mod1 so this planet’s destiny will be presented by me to the council of our world when both of us returned.
I do not utilize emotions because they are bias in determining outcomes. My kind take the facts and with our superior and advance abilities, couple with supernatural skills, we can project with 99.9 percent the accuracy of predictable outcome. In addition, my ability to engulf any human life experience into my being allows me the added advantage of having many different human perspectives. It’s not that I need to do this for making decisions for my outcome, it is only fair to humans for me to make decisions of their outcome using human’s perspective. It is also important in predicting whether human’s destructive behavior can negate our mission. One may recall that in my investigation to secure justice for the earthling Jmsalfr, whose identity I have taken, I was able to engulf many human life experiences to have in my repertory; people of different nationality, sex, age, and economic difference. But one must be prudent in knowing that all these people lives in the United States. However, I was able to get solid information that will help me when I confront Mod1 whenever he reappears.
As I am fair, I am obligated to travel to many other domains of this world to get life experiences from people that lived in those areas, allowing credible predictability of outcomes from all peoples of the world. One must not be naive to think that the world’s journey is not altered by many other countries outside of the United States. There are wars, natural catastrophic disasters, pestilences, and diseases that affect all the people of the world. So in having different perspectives from these parts of the world, such as the rich countries, from the poor countries, from the educated, and from the primitive ones, these would give a more accurate predictability of outcome. As I tried to explain to Jmsalfr (the late earthling) that when asked, any existences that can think and exist at the same time, and in different locations under different conditions, whenever they confront each other, conflict will surely arise. All efforts to make everyone feel that their interest or reward is shared equally will go on empty ears. I am very aware of that. That is why all decisions I make will include all people of the world.
Chapter 2
Up to this point, I have dwelled at Jmsalfr’s home which worked well for a place to operate out of. However, it is no longer an option in going forward for me to keep or to use as a place of operation. From all that I have discovered, it is necessary for me to find a place where I can build a secret fortress. This will be my stronghold, there I will be able to minimize all areas of my vulnerability and also enhance my strength. This will allow me the best opportunity to organize and strategize ways to increase my advantage over Mod1. It must also be far enough from the main civilization stream and yet close enough to have access to areas of visibility that will prove important for my mission. It is time that I sell all property of Jmsalfr and prepare relocating to an area of that kind that will accommodate and facilitate strong points for my mission.
That Tuesday, I went to the attorney that Jmsalfr the earthling had used for his family business. I told them of my plans and had them prepare all papers that was necessary for them to negotiate any sale of the house and all other properties that had belonged to Jmsalfr and Sarah. I also gave them power of attorney to finalize the sales, and a bank account to wire all funds to. I remember one of the neighbors, by the name of Helen Waterman, was a realtor. She had come over to wish me well when I had returned from Antarctica using Jmsalfr’s identity. Helen was very sincere with her sympathy of what had happened to Sarah and the girls. She had been a widow for some four years and I thought it would be nice for me to give her the opportunity to sell the house. I called and invited her over that evening to discuss and sign papers that was required for her to represent me as my realtor for this transaction.
Promptly, at seven o’clock Helen came over. She was dressed in a silvery blue Chanel suit having a folder clasped under her arm, and bags from a local restaurant that appears to have dinner in them, as she walked to the door. She was a very pretty lady in her thirties, about the age of Sarah. A sweet smell of expensive perfume covered the area as she project a glow that indicated her intentions included more than the business agenda that I had planned. I kindly escorted her into my den where I offered her a glass of wine. She kindly said, Yes, I would like a glass of wine, red if you have any.
I told her yes and proceeded to the kitchen where I opened a bottle of pinot, pouring her a glass, and took one for myself. She took off her jacket showing her sheared blouse as she slowly opened up the folder that had papers for me to sign. For the next forty to fifty minutes, she discussed what price the homes were selling for in the area, what she thought would be a good listing price based on comps, and some areas that she thought that I should be flexible with. I agreed and signed all the documents that were required in order for her to represent me in this transaction. Obviously, my business was finished, but I knew she had other intentions. She proceeded to talk of her late husband and how much
