New Years Eve Murder - Elizabeth T.

    CHAPTER ONE

It All happened, Just Like You Would See In The Movies, Mr. T’s Lifeless Body, Lying Motionless On His Bedroom Floor. Next to his dead body was a turned on computer and much to our surprise we found out through Detective Grooms that Mr. T was feverishly trying to contact his son Matt through an e-mail. As Det. Grooms combed the crime scene and there in the trash can he come across a hand written note on a large piece of paper saying the same exact fraise that Mr. T had just typed on his e-mail. Only one thing was different there was blood from Mr. T’s hands splattered on this large piece of white paper which read. Matt, There’re going to shoot me. Homicide detectives found this note in Mr. T’s wastepaper basket just a few hours before the New Year. New Year’s Eve become The Day Mr. T’s was murdered.

One of the most important things that I want you to remember and understand while reading this book is; that Mr. T was right handed.

Another important fact is; this is a true Murder Story and it’s a Real Murder Mystery. You will soon begin to wonder why no one has ever been convicted of Mr. T’s murder. My husband gave me his Obituary on September 30th. This was the last day the two of us were ever together. Knowing his life style Mr. T was living, each day as if it was a was a gift. Mr. T knew for many years that his days were numbered, not realizing that we would never meet again. Now that it has all happened and you the reader can help sort out fact from fiction and make your own conclusions at the end of this book.

Love, passion and hate is almost like a young adult who has ADD or ADHD, which I call the RAT-SYNDROME which stands for responsibility, anger and time management Each of us knowing the right thing to do in life while others just don’t give a damn and it’s like something takes over ones thinking process.

Homicide and the Coroner’s Office must not have seen the same autopsy that I watched otherwise Mr. T’s murder would have remained a Homicide instead of being changed to a Suicide. Only cluttered minds and those individuals at the top of Homicide and those with authority to change Mr. T’s, death certificate from a Homicide to a Suicide; this happened 45/days after his death and the only person could change this was either Homicide or the Coroner’s office Dr. James Davis M.D. the elected official.

As you read this book only logical minds can all come to the same conclusions that Dr. David Smith pathologist who performed Mr. T’s autopsy. He and I both concluded that it was impossible for Mr. T to shoot himself on the left side of his body when the man was right handed. Dr. Smith M.D. left his Death Certificate saying the cause of his murder was deferred until later. Dr. James Davis M.D. said along with Homicide Monterey Police Department that he did in deed shoot himself on the left side of his back when he was drunk. But again remember Mr. T was right handed and this bullet killed him instantly. With this statement homicide will not make a new ruling, but did say, Lady Lee was the prime suspect of his murder. And the Coroner’s office will not prosecute the Lee’s and the murder is still an un-solved one.

All who reads this book must understand that Mr. T is and was always right handed so keep in mind that a right handed man cannot shoot himself on the left side of his back; and also you must understand that Mr. T, had no soot, scorching, or tattooing on his skin or on his clothing from the flash back from his girlfriend Ms. Lee’s gun.

I must point out many other interesting factors in this Murder Mystery, his girlfriend this monstrous Lady Lee had my husband cremated 8/days after she killed him and his ashes laid in a cremation container for almost three months at a cemetery where homeless bodies are kept until someone comes and puts a claim on them. Next she forged signatures selling his car eighteen days after she murdered him. Her daughter Lana Lee was taken to jail for forgery instead of Mama Lee. Then 6/months before Mr. T’s death, she forged his signatures and changing his Beneficiary from me his ex-wife Liz to read her name Lady Lee. This is just the beginning of many strange happenings.

    CHAPTER TWO

After looking back over Mr. T’s life and not expecting him to meet his maker in such a terrible way and especially on New Year’s Eve. Since being his wife for 28/years and taking a new job in New Mexico made our divorce a little less hectic. I was able to finish my degree and was working with Drug and Alcohol Abuse as an Industrial Counselor. Also being a psychiatric nurse made things a bit
