Determined to Destroy but Destined for Greatness - LIFE
CHAPTER ONE
Can you ever imagine being 7 or 8 and your whole world is fine, not a care in the world. Then it happens the worst of the worst that change your whole world into a nightmare.
I could not wait to see my father that lived New Jersey, the summers with my dad was the best seeing my family and friends. It was the best, till one summer a family friend became the enemy. Peter that’s what we will call him was close to the family and stated making little statements at first look how big you are getting bigger, not little girl no more, you are a lady now.
Even the hug was different than usually, what I mean is that it was tight and with a pat on the back. Felt weird. Wiggle myself loose and went on my way. Heard him say umm umm look at her, I turned around he had this smile on his face just felt weird, crazy. I walked off, to continue outside. Before you know it he was calling me inside, I came inside, I looked around to see where everybody was at, and he said that they went to the store they will be back.
Peter was looking at me strange and walked over, saying you really a women known, took me by the hand started rubbing it funny I snatched my hand away, he sat down and gripped me by the hand again and wanted me to sit on his lap I said NO, and try to walk away. I couldn’t get away. Before you knew it he done snatched me, he was rubbing on me, trying to kiss on me. I was trying to get away crying a river.
I didn’t understand what was going on. Finally the key went in the door, he said you better not tell. I ran to the bathroom, and cried, trembling like there is no tomorrow, WHAT IS GOING ON? Peter knocked on the bathroom door, and said he had to use the bathroom, too scared to open the door, then I heard my father’s voice saying open the door what are you doing in there. Peter told him she fell and it scared her, she was crying so I told her to go clean her face she will be okay. My father told me to open the door so he can see if I am okay. I open the door and I grab him like I didn’t see him in so long. Peter said let me see you okay I snatched away from him while giving me this look.
My father said are you alright baby girl. I just looked at him. He and Peter just look at each other while talking about the old days. While I was sitting next to my father, then he told me to go outside with the other kids. Peter walked me outside and told me if I tell I will get in big trouble, so you better not say nothing while rubbing my back. Then he replied that’s my lady. I didn’t want to play or do nothing. I was ready to go back to S.C, to my mother.
This is the longest worst summer ever. Father had to work, had to stay with the enemy. I remember the time where I had on a dress, did I munched my favorite dress. As I entered the house with my father, holding his hand so tight till I felt my hand tingling. When he left I sat on the couch watching TV, but watching his every move. He would come over to the couch and sit on the couch and put his arm around me, I started tearing before anything would happen, but I know what was about to start.
He would move his are down to my shoulder while his hand is massaging my arm, while his left hand rubbing my leg. He stop rubbing my leg, and moved his arm from around me he bent down to kiss me on the check, saying don’t be scared he took my hand towards his crouch and started rubbing my hand up and down on his penis I tried to move my hand he gripped it tighter and told me to be a good lady. With his other arm he gripped me so tight and rubbing my chest while trying to kiss me. Squirming to get loose and run and hide. But his grip was hurting me. Trembling with fear, I didn’t know what to do. When he was done with all I could do is sit there and don’t move. At least he did have the decency to feed me and give me something to drink but I didn’t want nothing from him.
Here we go again this time he made me stand up talking about your dress is very pretty, turn around and let me see you. I turned around, he gripped my arm and pulled me close to him and sat me on his lap, while on his lap he said you better not tell cause you will get in big trouble, while sitting there with my head held down he took his hand and started going up my dress and rubbing my private area. Trying to move to get away was just useless. I said I want my daddy.
He seem like he got upset because I said I wanted my father. He looked at me and said very determining you better not say anything because your dad and everybody will be mad at you, you will get in big trouble. Say you won’t tell. I shook my head no. he said that’s my lady. And he continue on with what he was doing. When he was finished. I just sat there crying and didn’t know what I was feeling anymore. When my father did come to get me I was ready to go real quick. But he wanted to sit there and talk for a min, but it seemed like forever. Peter said she was very good, I didn’t have no problems at all.
When I tell you this was the longest summer ever that it seemed like it would never end. I just couldn’t wait to go back to my mom. When we got back to the house we ate and got ready for bed, that favorite dress is no longer my favorite dress it went in the trash…
Dear readers when your children start acting out of the norm, take the time out to find out what’s going on with them. Don’t be afraid to tell them there parts of the body and letting them know when somebody touches you inappropriately. Pay attention to your child when they leave the family, sitters, friend’s house, because it can be the last person you expect. Let them know it’s okay to tell and they will not get in trouble no matter what. And one of the main reason to teach them their body parts is you don’t want the guilty to walk free because of the child calling their private area another name.
CHAPTER TWO
I returned back to S.C. to my mother. So happy to see her, I told her I didn’t want to go back next summer I will
