    THROUGH GOD’S EYES

    The world seems much clearer

    when I look through God’s eyes

    I can make out the reasons

    for the tears I have cried

    I can understand heartache

    and I understand pain

    I then see that no problem

    ever happened in vain

    Every trouble created

    has a reason to flare

    It will lead to some help

    to someone, who’s somewhere

    God will be seeing

    the good that it draws

    And by looking through Him

    pure thoughts evolve more

    I can make out a concept

    with the thoughts of God’s ways

    How He’d look upon it,

    knowing how the future plays

    At a pace and a stillness

    which we can hardly see

    The Lord looks down, not only on me

    to focus on many

    Is a hard thing to do

    but not for the Lord

    He’s the Chief of the crew

    With invisible eyes

    we sense His full presence
