You have been a blessing to me, inspired and encouraged me. I have known Christa for a long time, since 1999 when she came to Cape Town for the first time.
She had been a blessing to us, me and my wife Lena. She and her husband Willard is an inspiration and has a heart for souls. I can’t wait to read her story.
Apostle Alfie Fabe
To my lovely husband Willard Palmer.
Willard was the one who inspired me to write my book and share my story.

HARVEST CHRISTIAN CENTER INTERNATIONAL
Based in metro Atlanta, Harvest Christian Center International is a ministry committed to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations through churches, crusades, seminars and workshops.
Willard and Christa Palmer are devoted to seeing the great commission fulfilled in their ministry. The Americas, Nigeria, South Africa and many other countries have enjoyed the fruit of the Palmer’s ministry; the lost being saved, the sick healed, and the saints trained to go forth in the gospel. Both Willard and Christa have powerful testimonies of the transforming work of Christ in their lives. Their testimony alone has set many captives free.
CHAPTER 1
THE EARLY YEARS
When I was a child, I spoke as a child; I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
(1 Corinthians 13:11)
Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.
(Exodus 34:7)
I was born in Schwabach, Germany on January 5, 1948; the first child of my parents. Growing up on a beautiful countryside and being raised on good food, one might expect to have a great early start at life, but this was not the case for me. When I was almost three years old, I became very sick with scarlet fever
