    Dearest Mom and Dad:

You are my rock, my cheerleader, my trusted counsel. You have helped me to overcome some of my fears when dealing with my peers. For that and more, I love you.

    To My Granny Barbara:

I will always cherish the times we talk.

You are more special than you know.

    I love you.

    And to My Family:

Each and every one of you has impacted my life. Thank you for always encouraging me to be the best that I could be. I love you all.

    PREFACE

    Letter from Hannah

Being a kid is fun. Well, for most kids it is.

I like to hang out with my friends, cousins and siblings. We enjoy playing kickball, tag, jump rope and other games that allow us to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. At school there are so many friends to play with on the playground; I sometimes wish that recess would be longer.

But being a kids isn’t always fun. There was a time when I did not like being a kid. I was sad and scared and thought things were not fair. All I wanted to do was stay home and do things by myself. I didn’t even enjoy recess because I was bullied. I was bullied by two kids. They made it very tough for me to enjoy being a kid and doing the fun things that us kids like to do.
