    ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

T his book is written first of all to honor my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who has been with me throughout my journey through illness and healing. I dedicate this book to three people who have greatly influenced my life for the Lord. I must first dedicate this book in memory of my loving husband, Pastor Lucius Williams Jr., of thirty-nine years, who recently passed away. He was truly a gift from God who encouraged me in all areas of life to be the best I could for the Lord. He has always encouraged me to complete this book.

Secondly, this book is a tribute to the loving memory of my mother, Mrs. Tiney Louise Gabriel, who showed me a great example of a Praying mother. When I was a child I saw my mother spend so much time on her knees praying that she would sometimes fall asleep and wake up and continue to pray. I remember some experiences of praying with her and how she prayed about everything and everybody she could remember. This spirit of prayer and praise has entered my life and I am now a praying mother and grandmother. I can not say that I pray as long as my mother did, but I pray with the same strength and power that comes from almighty God. The third person I want to dedicate this book to in loving memory is my niece, Alchan Patricia Miller, who passed away from complications from Lupus. She was a great encouragement to the entire family because of her love and joy in life in spite of health conditions. She saw my love for the Lord
