Willameana was a cranky witch who lived in Wilmington, West Virginia. She didnt like it when the townspeople used her property, which she considered all the towns common areas. Three separate times, Willameana interfered with the childrens playtime.
The townspeople finally decided they had to change Willameanas ways but how?
