Elowishas Maximus is a teacher of the occult. I have seen him do things that is amazing…things that I see and hear of no one else doing, I mean you have to go to the scriptures to find such deeds and accomplishments. Elowishas teaches Martial Arts and is nothing short of amazing in his development. He has control of the elements it seems and has performed miracles in my view. I have seen this man jump so high that the children who saw this called him Superman. Mr. Maximus can look into your eyes and tell you something that one needs to hear at that time to be careful or to help uplift certain individuals. Payback, retroactive retribution, an eye for an eye, a hand for a hand, a head for a head! Yes, if you cross me, I want the same for you! Sticks and stones and all words shall be rewarded in kind! No more turning the other cheek while you plot my destruction! I fear no one! So you want me to turn the other cheek, huh? I don’t think so, as a matter of fact, I know not. If a man or woman do me wrong, then I will the forces, the law of karma to come quickly! If the authorities come to victimize me again, then when they go home, trouble will be there waiting for them too! As a matter of fact, while they are on their way to do me ill, may you have a heart attack or accident and die! And the one who issued the order may your own grief and destruction be foremost prevalent! Got to get back! I hereby decree that any wrong done to me and mine will be met with much hostility! And let the chips fall where they may. I will use all the power invested in me to bring you to your knees! And let me inform you that the power I have is great, mighty and swift. I AM sent me and the Deity does not wish me to suffer the same fate as my predecessors. Hung, whipped, jailed and nailed to the cross is what you will receive if you make any move against me! As long as I walk in the light I cannot and will not be victimized without serious repercussions and retribution! I have a definite job to do! I clearly know my purpose. I am chosen to do my task, and the forces that be will protect me. I turned and saw a legion of angels rushing to my aid. Who can punish me? Only God! If you kill me, I shall grow stronger and stay in this realm and smite you and yours to your graves! You will be sorry! You will know deep pain, you will know great suffering, you will experience great loss and will bow before us! Amen! So it is written and Thy Will be done! Yes, this applies especially to you. In March of 2000, I received an order to appear in the Family Court again for child support. On November 25, 1996 my petition to modify support order was granted and the court ordered me to pay $0.00 as indicated in documents #3a, 3b and 3c. These documents and other literature has been forwarded to the National Center for Public Policy Research, the NAACP (local and national), the Mayor’s office, Channel 17 Investigation Unit, 20/20, 60 Minutes and Tavis Smiley of the Black Entertainment Network. The Family Court will be profiled in the National Directory of Environmental and Regulatory Victims. Are you sure you want to see me, Mr. Treat? If I have to come down there again, the Family Court of Philadelphia will be sorry they ever heard my name. I will no longer bend my back for you to ride! I’m not fearing any man! Sure, you can put me in jail, and while I’m there, I’ll use every available minute to write a super novel telling of the atrocities dealt to victims like myself at the hands of the Family Court at 34 South 11th Street and 1801 Vine Street. I remember the horror stories as a child. The Family Court has always been bad news to families, especially Black families! In what court can you file a complaint against someone on hearsay and allegations and judgment made against you? The Family Court! The Family Court survives by victimizing the citizens. If the men who were led there by their women were criminals, they would be in a criminal court, where you are entitled to a lawyer! Not in a kangaroo court where it don’t matter if you did something wrong or not, just be here and answer the charges, so you can have a job. A job looking down on you, and it’s poor suckers like you that keep them with a job.

The Family Court thrives off others’ misfortunes. You’re a scab, a low-life, a snake in the grass, a wolf a liar, a cheat and
