About this ebook
This book is about an experience I had when I was a young girl. It came about after much meditation and prayer. God answered all my questions like, Is He real? Can He hear me? Can He answer my questions? Why did He send little children to live in homes where they are mistreated, abused, and even killed? Does He still love little children? Why do people treat each other in such mean ways? How can a parent kill their own child? Why doesnt God stop them?
My faith was wavering. I was finding doubts taking over all hope for a better life. I wanted to die, or be adopted by some family who would love me because I was a young child. I wanted to know what kind of work God had for me to do as I matured. I wanted Jesus to bless me like He blessed the little children who gathered around Him in Jerusalem when He was on the earth.
God heard my prayer. He called me by my own name. He explained what is, righteous judgment. He took me by the hand, and we flew from the redwood forest in Northern California across all the states to a large city in the east (which I later found out was Detroit, Michigan), dropping in on families who needed His love along the way. I saw their needs, wanted to tell them about God, and how He could help them. But Jesus explained that I was in spirit form, that they could not see me, though I could see them. I could not help them at that time, but the time would come when I could do so if I remained faithful to Him. I learned that we will be judged at the end of our earthly life by the way we treat all those around us, both in thoughts and in deeds.

APPRECIATION
This is a time of awareness to me of all the many blessings God has brought into my life, and the life of my family. My heart is filled today with the knowledge that not only does He hear my cries in the night, but answers my cries with wisdom, knowledge, and spiritual blessings more abundantly than I could ask for, or think of. I serve an awesome God. He is indeed worthy of all the praise and thanksgiving that I can utter. He has not failed me, even though I have failed Him many times, and wandered out from under His umbrella of protection following the vain things in this world. He promised me that when my earthly parents forsake me, then He would take me up. Psalm 27:10.
Father, thank you. You are a GREAT Father to me, and I love you. Please don’t ever leave me alone. I need you every day.
My son, Steven, has been a blessing to me. As he responded to God’s guidance, I was blessed immensely. My life was made more difficult at first, but turned into a blessing, when he purchased a computer and monitor for me. I had learned to type as a girl in high school during the middle l950’s. I practiced, and began to learn all about computers. Now I am more sure of myself, but still stand, sometimes fearfully, having to learn so many new things. The journey has been a blessing, making me look to the future with so much more excitement. Being able to see what the thoughts of my heart look like on paper, how they impact others, has given me the courage to keep on writing and saving those memories, and concepts I have learned as I study the many Scriptures available to me today.
Thank you, my dear son. I love you, and I pray for you often. I thank God for your ‘giving heart’ and your willingness to obey Him by sharing so freely with others, especially me.
My son, David, has helped me find Scripture references. He can remember where they are found, once I tell him the basic idea of the Scripture. He has been given a miraculous mind, and a keen memory. I thank God for this special ability. Though he is handicapped in many ways, he can memorize Scriptural references instantly. This has been a blessing to me, and useful to him, making it possible for him to share his testimony of the goodness of our God with all who will listen, even if that person happens to be someone who calls our number by mistake! As he talks with them, he can see into their heart, and has them weeping as he prays for them. He doesn’t need to know someone to talk with him about the goodness of God. It doesn’t matter where we are, he speaks up, shares his witness. I thank God for him and this special gift, the ability to memorize Scripture.
