    Introduction

Lying there, drifting in and out of sleep, Dante was trying to think about what happen and why he was lying there. He looked around and realized that he was in a hospital room and bed. When he tried to turn over there was a sharp pain around his hip area. He touched the area and winced from the pain. He tried to set up and could not. He felt a lot of pain from trying that. What happened to me? There was also pain coming from his right arm and his forehead. He notices that his arm was in a sling, the other arm had an IV inserted in it, and his forehead has bandages on it. He lay back on the bed and with a sigh and relaxed.

Staring up at the ceiling he started to remember that there were four others with him. He could see their faces. They were all friends. Four of the five of us were on vacation; and that vacation was to have been the best two weeks vacation they ever had. As he slowly regained his memory, he began to wonder where his other friends were. Then he remembered; they were in a police station; and men on the outside were shooting at them. It was then he also remembered, that he had been caught an explosion occurring near him. He could see the explosion now as if it had just happen. That must be the reason for all the pain he felt. At the time he did not know that what he was recalling was not entirely correct. He tried to thank and remember about how he became laid up in a hospital bed. Then he slowly drifted off to sleep again. This time it was a deep sleep and he would sleep for a long time.

    Chapter One

    The Meetings

In a small Northwestern, city four men were having a meal together in a very busy restaurant. The restaurant was small but busy. The restaurant had a name that is appropriate to the four men’s situation. The name of the restaurant is THE ENCLAVE. It was late in the afternoon. There were many people were coming in and leaving the restaurant. The four were having an intense low voiced discussion. Occasionally they would laugh aloud. Then go back to their discussion. No one in the restaurant paid attention to them even when they laugh aloud. It would be a guess that the customers and employment had other things on their minds.

After a while one of the men, wearing dark sunglasses with a birthmark on his cheek that look like a strawberry, spoke. Do you think we should be meeting here? There are so many people coming in and out of this place.

He was looking at the man next to him with a beard and baldhead; this man appeared to be in charge. He said why not, this place is busy, so busy that no one will remember our faces. These people most likely do not care who come in or go out. These people are always in a hurry when they come in here. As you can see, they are very busy people.

The majority of these customers here pay for their order and leave. Only a few eat at a table. In addition, no one can hear us anyway because we are sitting at a table far in the rear. These are the reasons why I picked this place.

The man with the dark glasses said ok, I understand now. Let us continue with what you are saying. Kelvin, give us
