About this ebook

The book contains three parts.

Part 1:
Adam was an auto worker; he wanted to take a long vacation before his retirement. He wanted to make his soul searching trip on his car named Rudy. He wanted to figure out his life for the last time. Adam, his son Cady and his daughter-in-law Elena and his grand daughter Mothi took the road trip to California. They did a lot of camping and fishing. Adam talks about the evolution of life form as he understood. He proposes a parametric system due to the variation of the basic dimensions such as time, energy, humanity and system. He shows the niche for the existance of various species. Thus they do not have a preprogrammed malice in their mind for their existance. It is just a manifestation of energy. We should not misuse the term survival of the fittest.

Part 2:
They talked about various philosophies as they went thru the trip. Adam told many stories to explain his concepts. He talks about a comprehensive outlook of all the current political systems such as individualism, socialism and communism from the existence point of view. Thus a connectivity between the systems can be established to transact in a humane way. This could avoid various political imbalance in the society, whether it may be a local or international. As all the philosophers have mentioned, if we can understand or define a problem well then we are already in the process of fixing it.

He talks about the logic for religious philosophy. He explains that the process of looking beyond the individual or social or communalism is the basis for religion. It is a process for looking beyond our lives. He also explains that the most common hurdle that you face in the thought process of science or philosophy (rationale) is the entity called Conflict. We do not face such hurdle in the religious thought process. It is beyond the bounds of existence and hence we do not have the bounds of existence and hence the entity of conflict disappears.

He also talks about the human intuition. He talks about how to develop the human intuition, which is useful to form large patterns as well as to understand large patterns, without the complete rationale (understanding). He touches on the topic of Order and Chaos. He talks on the subject beyond the classical analysis of a broken cup and its implication on physics. He mentions his comments on the intrinsic and extrinsic properties of the various entities. Adam explains these concepts in short stories to his grand daughter Mothi.

Part 3:
They progress well into their trip. They reach San Francisco and went around with their family and friends. They made a number of camping. Adam was continuing his discourses. He talked about Time and its manifestation. He proposes the attributes of energy that makes the time move forward or makes a path where it evolves us to a better and able people as well as form a stable and peaceful system. He proposes to obtain a positive arrow of time. He continues his thought to form a theoretical process using systems and knowledge and science of mathematics. He talks about the basis of various systems such as mathematics, music, language and computers and so on, how to transfer between them and how the knowledge was perceived in the olden days thru human body and mind. It was a mind boggling session on the perception of human mind on the grand theories and how he uses his own body and mind to perceive them understand them and formulate them.

He talks about error and the way we need to perceive it and he also mentions on the body model, mind model and the interaction of energy and time. He talks about energy and subjective energy and his experiment with information. He talks about Natural vs. Artificial design. He uses the information theories and the financial systems and energy principles to create a proposal for inventing new material (without the use of expen

Author was a safety engineer in automotive industry. He is a PhD in mechanical engineering from Clemson University, SC. He is currently an engineer in Boeing aerospace engineering. He is interested in religion, philosophy, psychology and humanity. He is also an artist and a writer. He has a passion for nature and environment. He believes in Athmam a concept advocated by Hindu saints. A human as humanity – you are a part of me. Imagine all of us are part of a single human. All are equally important, whether you are rich or poor, intelligent or dumb. He tries to give a process of thinking (a philosophy) to understand the big picture. An intelligent person forms the part of the brain; just the same way as well built person forms the part of the body. But it is important to see that all are equally important. We cannot live without any part of the body, may it be left or right. Thus we got to design systems that accommodate this. He proposes various theories and mathematical models that try to explain how to balance various systems, that exists in the current world. He talks about the topic of existence, in the concept of individual, socialistic and communal systems.

    A Path To The Future

    Glossary

To my family and friends, to whomsoever it may concern,

to all the people who believe in any religion and God.

As the man grows from childhood to adulthood thru the puberty of body,

It lays foundation for the offspring of his body into the future,

As he grows older and matured in his mind, he obtains the puberty of mind,

It lays a foundation for the offspring of his soul into the future.

We realize this thru the beauty of God. And Love.

This fantasy fiction book is dedicated to those people

who have the puberty of body and mind.

    Introduction

The diary of an auto mechanic reveals a story—a dream—his perception of reality that he wants to pass on to his younger generations who has the job of creating a future for themselves and others. He talks about understanding the attributes of timelessness to create a path of time. He talks about the effects of time that helps the growth of body and mind. The effects of time that helps the growth of the evolution for the body and knowledge for the mind. It looks like the body can only go forward and the mind can only go backward. But the properties of timelessness keeps the balance of the two. If we want to travel thru space then we need to travel thru time. If we want to travel thru time we need to understand the properties of timelessness.

This he explains to his family in various occasions in this road trip. He talks about his entity called Basis which has the property of timelessness. His experiences thru the love of his work, helped him to talk about the system of Basis which has the property of timelessness. He talks about the personalities of the cars and the extension of the technology to its customers the families. He expands his thought further to explain the personalities of the human beings and the commonalities of the human beings. He takes the personalities to the parametric commonalities and from the parametric commonalities to the basis of humanity. These methods were followed by the Hindu religion to obtain the timeless property of the Basis OM.

He proposes the timelessness entity of Basis from which various dimensions have evolved. He uses human beings and their attributes as an example to expand the dimensions of the basis and how it can be used to analyze various problems as well as to model various systems. He explains the evolution from the causative sciences. How there could have been an herbivorous evolution and not get threatened by ourselves with the knowledge we accumulate. This is the reason why the philosophers and the saints alike talk about the God, Godliness, Love and happiness. He sounded as if the Adam of the Adam and Eve in the first testament. But from the cross roads of the path we took a different turn for the carnivorous evolution and end up having to go thru a miserable life due to our ignorance. He remained us of the same mistake that we might take in the advent of the progress of machine and robots. If we take a good step forward we make good progress and a good evolution. Thus our timelessness properties have to remind us of the path to the future.

Adam talks about the objective thinking and the process of existence in the realm of individualism, socialism and the communalism. He uses the tree of humanity to find equivalence of energy between the different systems (capitalism, communism and socialism). He has various short commentaries about, religion, conflict, developing human intuition, order, chaos and so on. He makes short conclusions for the various topics. He compares the models of existence philosophy with the Basis system (faith system). He explains the energy in terms of objective energy and subjective energy. The subjective energy is termed as the Life energy which is an order building energy. He explains the positive arrow of time, where the objective energy degenerates and the subjective energy generates. He explains the perpetual mechanism of the life energy which thrives on the entropy of the system.

He explains on the properties of human intuition, and explains it in the light of the Basis model and existence model. His next topic is about the human conflict. How the conflict initiates communication and the interactions can vary, such as one on one, one on many or some on many and many on some. He gives an energy efficient method for such systems (from some of the basics on ethics).

He has some comments on religion and its appropriateness for the Basis model and existence model.

In his next chapter he continues more comments on information theories, its uses in performing various experiments and case studies. The third chapter explains various topics such as time, Basis, error, body, and mind models. He explains them with various concepts and gives conclusions for them with his Basis model and existence model. He has about nine short stories to explain these concepts.

Thus Adam had a discussion on varieties of topic with his son and grand-daughter. He concluded his road cum fishing trip with many fish in his basket.

    The Evolution of Life-form

It was a cold winter morning at dawn in the east side of Detroit; Adam was getting ready for his work. This was his last month at the plant. He was sixty-five years old, a man of steel; he finished up his cup of hot coffee after his breakfast. He went out to start his old Chevy. Diff his old dog was there with his newspaper. He picked up the paper with a little hug to Diff and went to the car and cranked its engine. The steel was clanking at the twenty-degree Fahrenheit. The engine was rumbling with heaviness in its tone. With a little cranking, the engine started. He let the engine run idly to get it warmed up. He was gentle to his car as his own son. He leaped outside with a crisp move, wiped his windshields the rearview mirror, and cleaned some of the spots off the old Chevy Malibu, a six-cylinder sedan (he called her Rudy). He recently waxed, washed Rudy and overhauled with oil change. He was intimate to Rudy just the same way as with his woman. He was a foreman at the assembly line at a large car company in Dearborn. He has seen so many models being assembled and built in his forty years of experience. He was a pleasant cheerful man with his charm and a knack to mix with the people to create a good working atmosphere. He had the maturity of a saint and the simplicity of a worker. He was agile and efficient at his work and confident of his words.

He tossed off the cleaning rag, with a whistle in his tone, he went around the car and gotten into it. Rudy slowly rumbled and rolled out of the garage. He checked the sound of the idling engine. To his ears, those were the sounds of a chant in the fresh air in the morning. He listens to Rudy’s rumbling in the morning just the same way as anyone will listen to a mantra or morning chant. It energizes his brain for the day’s work. He was running through his mind the day’s work ahead for him for a while. Then he flipped the radio on for the news that would help him gossip during the rest of the day. The news was reporting some incidences on the war, some incidences on the highway accidents, some on the rain and thunderstorm. He was quietly noting the information without much of reaction and a deep concern for the number of incidents he heard. He was a veteran himself; he thought of the days of his services with a depleted emotion. He thought about the maturity that he gained from his services. He could also see different views that others could not understand or appreciate through his experiences—the conflicting views that a service man and a common citizen have over the same issue. It amounts to be like a theory and practice. The common people can only understand theory, and the serviceman understands the practice though it is very easy to have an idealistic opinion and the methods to implement them. In reality, they just tend to be the opposites of saying and doing. Most of the time, these kinds of news would trigger him a wave of philosophical thought process within him. But today, he just brushed them aside and flipped the channel to a livelier music. The modern jazz was playing, and with the rumble of the Rudy, Adam drove to his plant.

It took about half an hour because he could not beat the rush-hour traffic. He just pulled into the gate of the plant; the time was 6:15 a.m. on Monday morning. It was just about his usual time, some fifteen minutes before the duty, which was at 6:30 a.m. He never missed a day or was never late to his work. His promptness is a model for his team at the plant. They all started early and finished up early. He parked his car in his allotted space and walked into the shop to punch his card at 6:22 a.m. He picked up his overall and went into his shop. He met a couple of his friends and a couple from the next plant. He waved to them cheerfully and went to meet his partner from the previous shift to take over. Peter was a middle-aged man well in his forties. He was tall, well built, handsome, and blond. He was quite sharp in his wits. He was an aggressive man for his progress. There were no problems reported from the previous shift that need to be attended immediately. He was going through the reports from the previous shift. Peter was a little tired and grumpy. The overnight stay was stressful, but he could handle it. They just went over the log sheet together, and almost in a hurry, Peter left. Adam was rearranging his desk and was performing his little morning routine. He just put the paper onto his desk, took his coffee mug and walked around the corner toward his coffee machine.

He was in the midsize-truck assembly line. His section was in charge for the mounting of seats. They receive the seating assembly from Lear Corporation and some from Johnson Controls Inc. They were the driver-side passenger-side seats, and some were bench seats. They checked for the quality check and the safety check tags on the seats. Then they mounted the module according to its design specifications. Adam has seen an evolution in seat designs and the mounting techniques. Though he has gone through various assembly processes, he was stationed here for quite a while. He has himself designed various workflow patterns and mounting methods. The adjustable seats and luxury seats needed extra effort and care for their mounting. He was good with his team, and they always do a good quality performance on his shift.

Adam just made a fresh pot of coffee and filled his cup with fresh brew; unlike others, he wanted his coffee with cream and sugar. He took a deep breath of the fresh coffee and was on his way to his desk. He was a man of details; he looks at every aspect of his work in detail with patience and care. He, unlike his fellow workers, had something special and different talents in him. He was able to perceive and look beyond the trivialities of the daily life. He was always contented and happy with his life. He was one hell of a satisfied man, enjoying every drop of his time, space, opportunity and having a deep notion on mystics and adventures. Also, he was a man of character. He indulged himself in learning various religion, philosophy, and other financial and political concepts. He was like a saint in disguise. He never talks about any of the subjects unless he was asked for. He never tries to intimidate or show off to others unless he has been asked for. He was always lively and simple, a man of simple words. He finds the beauty of everything through the simplicity or the commonality within them. As the name suggests, the man almost represents the very Adam of the Adam and Eve, the very essence of a man as perceived by the Christian faith.

Adam sipped his cup of coffee and scanned through his daily newspaper, the time was about 6:35 a.m. He pulled his helmet and goggles from the coat rack, wore them swiftly and moved to his work station. The work environment was very relaxed, and everyone were changing shifts. The new ones moved in to take responsibility from the previous shift. Adam was waving to his fellow workers; George, Mitchell, and Harry were his immediate senior staff. They were in their fifties. They all had a morning gossip on various issues. The next batch of trucks was ready to roll in for the assembly. They were all semi extended cabs with luxury option. They get to have the adjustable seats with leather interior only on these high-end pickups. The seats were carefully wrapped with thick clear plastic bags, they were attached with their spec sheet for the appropriate checks and entries. The main checks were handled by Adam whereas the other entries and loading were handled by his crew member. They checked for any specific alerts on the log sheet and proceeded with same style and ease with which Adam handles his normal day-to-day life. The crew was up and running all in just thirty minutes; the time was 7:00 a.m. The other parts of the plant were busy just the same way. It was a normal day, and there were not much of complaints from the previous shift. By around 7:30 a.m., the management staff started their day. By 9:00 a.m., the secretaries consultants and the suppliers were starting. The plant chief engineer comes on his routine at around 10:00 a.m.; by then, a small report needs to be prepared and kept ready for his inspection. Adam was filling out his summary sheet with a sip of his hot coffee and the bite of a cream cheese bagel his secretary had brought. The time went by, and his teamsters were getting ready for the lunch. They normally had their lunch in the cafeteria in the next building. Adam was with his supplier; they went for lunch together to his cafeteria. His supplier was a tall blond woman with tight lips and crew-cut jacket. She was quick, elegant, and understanding for the old man. He admired her just the same way for her discrete behavior. They ordered soup and sandwich for both. She paused to light her cigarette and settled down in the corner of a room with a cozy lighting. Adam picked up the order and went to the table. They were talking about some of the previous orders and its delayed shipment. Then they were talking about their new procurement interests and the sales of their semi luxury pickups. Then he mentioned about his retirement plans and his plan on taking a vacation just before his retirement so that he could avail of his benefits. He was mentioning his trip to California with his family. They were quite for a while, the sounds of their sipping and munching broke their silence. He was talking about his retirement and how he was planning to drive around the country in his automobile. He was mentioning with a great amount of emotion that he was going to take up a journey that should lead him the ways for understanding the life beyond the present. His automobile was the one that was going to help him in his journey to figure out a way to achieve his dreams of finding the ways of the world and the journey beyond. He had extended his soul to those automobiles that he had involved himself in the making of for the better half of his life. So it should help him in his journey to achieve his goal. He was all excited in the process of this thought, and his face was gleaming ever so before. They finished their lunch and walked back to their workplace with calmness. She took some notes on their special request and left the building in a hurry.

The afternoon shift moved ever so slowly, and the workers for the evening shift appeared in the plant. They were finishing up their duties for the evening, and Adam handed over his storeroom keys and his shift report to the next foreman and moved on. He was tired but fully ready for his evening. He slipped off from the old work jacket and removed his helmet and goggles and washed himself up and changed and went to the parking lot to pick up Rudy and drove off toward home bound. The day was a chilly, bright, and sunny day. He was just ahead of the evening rush-hour traffic. As he was on his way back, he was pondering about the things he was talking to the supplier about the vacation he was planning to take and all about his soul and the life beyond. He was very excited at the very thought of it. He leaped into his own world of ideas on everything from eternity to evolution, to the sciences of the future. He kept making the models of the various topics and categorizes them to the generic basis of 0 or 1. Thus, a huge model was developing ever so slowly in his mind. He needed to figure out all the details so he could talk about it to others. After a while, he kept them all aside and drove home. It was on the Monday evening, Diff was at the driveway happy as ever to see his old man returning. Adam parked the car in the garage.

On his way back, he stopped by the hardware store to pick up a couple of items for his long road trip. He needed to pep up Rudy for the drive. He bought engine oil, gear oil, coolant fluid, spare tires, puncture kit, oil and air filters, a couple of spark plugs, etc. Besides this, he had all the required wrenches and other tool kit. He bought a couple of music tapes and some audio story books to keep the kids busy. Other than that, Rudy was in good shape for the long ride. They wanted to do this as a great family event before Adam’s retirement. It was almost like a ritual, and the whole family was eager to go through the long grueling road trip just for Adam. Adam was aware of that too, but he could not afford to pass up this opportunity because he might not have another one like this once again; and the calendar was turning to millennium, and they were very sure that they might not have this opportunity ever again. So everybody in the family were quite excited and getting prepared for the trip.

The grandchildren returned home from the school. Ron was at sixth grade, freshman at high school, and Mothi was a teenage girl at tenth grade. They are hungry and disturbed when they walked into the house. They threw their bags in their rooms and came downstairs to eat peanut butter sandwich. Their house was a modest five-bedroom house. They lived in this house for about thirty years. So they were reluctant to move out though it was too tight for the family. Ron and Diff had the smallest room in the family. Mothi had her room with full of music albums and instruments. She loves all kinds of music, and she wants to major in music. She was experimenting on the influence of music with emotions. She was building some theme songs for her senior-school prom night. She was also an athletic personality. She was aware of the trip. She was wondering whether to go on the trip or just stay back at Grandma’s place at Ann Arbor. She was planning to get some instruments to play for the trip. She was hoping that she could get some wisdom from her folks and inspiration from nature to compose some music.

The children went downstairs to have a sandwich and wanted to spend some time with Diff and Adam. Adam was mentioning that they will decide on the trip at the dinner time when everybody is home. They have to see the schedule of the children and the travel plans. Adam would want it to be a low-budget and a fun trip. But others may not have the time or the patience for it. Some may want to have fun at the casino or go on a cruise. Adam wants it his way; he was on a soul-searching mode. He was planning his move on this for quite some time. He has to lobby for it, and with great luck, probably he might convince the son and the grandchildren. But it will take a while to convince the women.

Around six o’clock, Comila returned home. She was a woman of personality; she was a head nurse at the Henry Ford Medical Center nearby. She was at outpatient care for a while so she gets to have the morning duty. She was a good housewife as well as a nurse. She was carpooling with a neighbor’s daughter, who is a doctor in the same hospital. They were working in the same place. She came back that day with a little headache and cold. She was aware of Adam’s plan. She was setting up the table for dinner. She cooked up some soup, pasta, some rice and potatoes for that day. She was very strict and uptight about her little details. She loved Diff although she would want a cat. She gave him evening snacks while she herself had juice and cookies. She was trying to enquire about the school with the children. She called out for Ron and Mothi. Ron was in his room playing some video games, and Mothi was with her headphone on, reading some novel in her room. They answered from their rooms upstairs. We are doing our homework, Mom! they replied. After that, both continued their games. But they were above-average kids in the school, so the parents were not very worried about them. They tried to give them as much room as possible.

At around six thirty, Cady walks in; he parked his Lincoln Continental in the driveway. He was a handsome tall dark man. He was a computer engineer, and he was an intelligent man for his age. He was around forty, and he was an executive manager in a multimillion-dollar corporation. He was a quick thinker for his age. Still, he was close to his father. And he was also aware of the trip, he was debating the time issue. Can he allocate that kind of time to have a journey? He has to bend way over his back to achieve his goals although he was stressed on his job for a while, which might be a good reason for a break. He just said hi to everyone and quickly moved into his room to change and wash. Diff was outside the room waiting for him with its stories, which he would listen at the dinner table. They are supposed to decide about this trip tonight. He was not sure about his plans. He decided to hear the case as everyone had their own version for it.

The kitchen was occupied by Comila and Elena. They were busy in their own world. They were thinking about routines to be done for the month. Elena had heard about the trip and totally forgotten to tell Comila or the kids. She is at home with Diff and the kids. She stopped working a while ago because there were too many chores to be taken care of. Mothi came downstairs to have her dinner. She was mentioning about the trip to Grandma.

Grandma, are you aware of this trip Adam was making? He has this weird idea of going on a road trip to California. He wants to make it a grand, final trip before his retirement. He wants to camp along the way and make it a gruesome trip.

Grandma jolted with the information; she was immediately apologizing to Comila. She was absentminded and has forgotten to tell this to Comila. She remembered now and was feeling very sorry for it.

Comila was not well that day, and she replied, What? What is this all about? I was not aware of this. Whatever it is, I am not interested. Anyway, we will talk this over at the dinner. She was preparing the soup. She stirred the ladle and sipped for a taste. She was not pleased with the taste; she wanted to increase the taste to give a little depth to the recipe. So she added little salt to the soup, stirred the pot again for a while, and tasted the hot simmering soup. Now she was pleased with the taste. She just left the lid open for the soup to boil and give an even mixture of the flavor. She asked Mothi to set the table while she went upstairs with the recipe book in hand. She wanted to try out a gourmet dish for the weekend. She was a cooking fanatic. She loves to try out different recipes, then tailor them and try out on different people at different occasions. She was the nutrient controller in the family. She tried to maintain the variety and the balance. Recently, she is interested in trying out a variety of vegetarian dishes. She was trying out different recipes.

Meantime, Adam was busy with the oil change; he just changed the engine oil and the gear oil. He found the air filter was not very bad so just changed only the oil filter. He had plenty of cans left over for the trip. He put the old oil drained from the engine into a plastic container. He will take it to the mechanic to dispose the oil. He cranked the engine to listen to the idle. He decided to replace the spark plugs as the idling sound was very choppy. He removed the old spark plugs and replaced it with the new ones. Then he felt much better; he also added the engine self-cleaning fluid along with the engine oil. He recently changed the brakes as they were old. He was now really confident of her taking the trip. He added a couple of cup holders on the passenger side and in the rear. Rudy got enhanced with a new CD player on top of the tape deck and the amplifier system. She was spic and span and ready for the road. Adam finished his work and went to clean the dirt and grease from his hands. He was also ready for his supper. As he was completing his oil changes, he was determined more than ever that he will take his trip. He said to himself that he is going to do it alone if his family does not take the trip. He washed his hands, face and dried himself up and walked into the dining room. He was ready for his dinner. Diff was all along with him. He loves the car as much as Adam does. He always gets his ride to veterinarian, to the weekend trips, and so on. It was exciting for him to make the trips. He could understand the sounds of the car as much as he could understand the human voice. He will bark at the vehicle whenever Adam accelerated the engine. He can understand whenever the engine knocks or the idling speed is higher than the normal and the squeak of the brakes or a rattle in the muffler. He was a sound specialist to help Adam to fix the car.

Elena finished her last pot and put all the food on the table. She baked fresh corn bread; and she prepared the soup, the rice, and the baked potatoes as well. She kept the cream cheese, yogurt, some salt, pepper, and some seasoning for increasing the flavor. Adam sat at one end of the table. Comila, Mothi, and Cady went to the dining table. Ron was still missing, and Mothi has to run to get him. She has to go all the way to his room to get him. In the meantime, Cady filled Diff’s plate, and he added some extra dog chow that he bought for him.

Everybody assembled at the dinner table, Adam said the grace for the family, and they were ready to have their dinner. There was a spell of silence at the table. Rudy was aware of the discussion that was about to happen. He waited for someone to start. But he could hear only silence and the plates being passed around and things like that. He made a squeaky noise that prompted the old man to start. He just started talking about the weather, and Cady was asking about the school. Ron was excited to talk about their year-end party at the school. He said that he was going to take part in a number of events they have for the function. Mothi was silent for some reason. Comila started the topic about the vacation. Adam jumped right into the topic. He was very happy that somebody started the topic.

I am so glad that you reminded me of that topic, Comila. You know that I am at the end of my career and am ready for my retirement. I am having this great desire to make a long road trip. I am interested in traveling from here to California and have the Christmas vacation and celebrate the New Year and come back, all in my Rudy. This might sound like too long or tedious, but I would like to make that trip. I would be interested in taking breaks at a number of camping sites. This would keep me well rested and relaxed.

Wow, this sounds like a great trip. I am very impressed, Adam, said Comila. How are you planning to fit this in your schedule, continued Comila.

I am planning to do this whole trip in a month. I would like to start from here on December 12 and be on the road for about ten to twelve days and reach around Christmas. Stay there till the New Year and return by another two weeks. I am all excited about it. I would like to know whether any of you would like to join me. If everyone can join me, then we can rent an RV (recreation vehicle) and travel. Otherwise, I would love to take Rudy.

There was a big silence in the room. So he started asking one by one.

How are your schedules, Cady? Do you think you can spare a month for this old man? I know you are a busy man, and I don’t expect you to spend a whole lot of time outside your interest. I would like to do this for the old time’s sake. This will be one of my final family vacations before retirement. He paused with emotion; he was so much in love with his work, and the automobile has become part of his life. He was one of the few union workers who went through a lot of troubles in addressing various issues on the plant for his fellow workers and in the technical aspects of the product development. He will be a kind and gentle man with a smile on his face. He handles any change he has to go through, both personally as well as professionally, in a benign and gentle way. He has seen most of his colleagues rise up the ladder to many executive positions, but he had never had a slightest amount of jealousy or conflict. He was a rigid man that way; he wanted to perform his task in a set procedure and would not be perturbed for short-term goals. He had a lot of quality and equity built into his character. Ron had some soccer matches and other things to do, so he wanted to stay with Mom. This had put pressure on Mothi and Cady. Cady was not having that much of vacation, but he was notified well in advance, and he had his olden day’s memory with his father. He had an interest in taking part, but Comila’s decision made him postpone his decision. He said he will tell tomorrow after his wife makes up her mind. Mothi was with her father; she was interested in her trip, so she started making plans already, and she said she is going go on the trip. Thus, three members are ready, and two are pending for the trip. This kept the hope for the old man. He is all bright and shiny for the response. They finished up their dinner and were getting ready to wind up the day.
