Foreword
Miram Beard once said that Travel is more than the seeing of sights; it is a change that goes on, deep and permanent, in the ideas of living.
Rebecca Pereira is a shining example of that reality. In her book, Feeling Free, she uses her life experience of travelling to show you that when you travel you are set free of the expectations that people hold on you, and that you may hold on yourself. She also shows how, even with her struggles she was able to travel with a group of people she’d never met before and become free from her own anxieties, becoming a more independent woman as a result.
This book is designed to show you that travelling helps you to become a better person, particularly when you see the different cultures and traditions these countries have.
I found Feeling Free to be very insightful about how to avoid the stresses and headaches that travelling can bring, and I will be using some of these tips and tricks.
I recommend that you take this journey about learning the do’s and don’ts to help you avoid the headaches that travelling can cause. You will be set free of any fears and anxieties holding you back from travelling, and become a better person than you were yesterday.
