About this ebook
HAIKU inspiration is a collection of haiku inspired by photographs, nature, and the seasons. Also, themes of social issues are highlighted. The poet uses the traditional 17 syllable format of haiku set in 5-7-5 syllable lines. The poet guides the reader/s in creating their own haiku.

Cheryl Antao-Xavier followed her passion for the written word in a 30-year career in the publishing industry in positions ranging from author, editor, proofreader, desktop design, and publisher. She has a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and has honed skills in writing, editing, and publishing at Ryerson, Toronto. In 2008, she set up In Our Words Inc. , a Canadian publishing company, and todate has helped over a hundred authors bring their creative dreams to fruition.
