It was close to 11:00am. Sasha had been home since 7:45am, after finishing her early morning workout and grabbing coffee with a girlfriend post session. This was her usual routine, get up, make her husband breakfast and lunch for work, then head to the gym just as he was leaving. After he left, her days mostly consisted of cleaning the house, running errands, catching up with friends, and anything else that would distract her mind from the empty life she otherwise led.
