Financial and Economic Education
For the free use of whoever is interested.
Induction
This guide aims to present a series of principles to apply so that you can improve your financial situation.
You don’t have to do anything more than properly manage what you already have, developing a series of tactics focused on making this management more effective.
The guide is structured in three sections:
• Basic concepts
• Financial management
• Investment principles
I’m not saying that by applying this you will achieve that financial freedom that you have heard about, but I will explain what it consists of, and I will teach you what you must do to considerably reduce your dependence on the system.
At the end of the day, that's what it's all about, being as independent of the system as possible and reducing its hold on you to a minimum.
I only ask you one thing: what you learn in here, put it into practice, and see that it works, don’t keep it for yourself, spread the word, invite others to do it or teach it to your children so that they don’t make the same mistakes as we did.
This guide will mark a before and after in your financial life to the extent that you apply its principles. In the end you will realize that everything is much simpler than it seems.
Are you ready? Let's continue.
Basic concepts
What is the difference between rich and poor people?
Take a couple of minutes to answer this.
Ready?
Well, no, it’s nothing of what you have thought.
The difference is the following:
The poor spend, the rich invest.
The difference is not in the amount of money you have or the amount of money you get from your family, but in the education you have received about what to do with that money.
This, which no school will teach you (and I don't need to explain
