When I write erotic fiction I try to find settings that are a bit out of the ordinary, settings and circumstances where people wouldn't usually have sex, for various reasons. In my opinion, it adds spice to my stories. That being said, I don't know anything about selling real estate so anything I mention in this work is purely fictional, based solely on my imagination and not on facts.
Often in erotic fantasy or novels where the heroine is driven by her sexual desires, these women are still portrayed as needy, as the weaker sex who are usually ashamed of or at least feel guilty about their lust, having to be afraid of how society looks upon their actions.
